The Queen Vegas welcome bonus is slightly different to what we’ve seen at many other online casinos in Canada. After new players signed up and Opt-in for marketing promotions the players will be eligible for marketing promotions. At Queen Vegas, you’ll get one Mega Spin for every deposit in your first transaction of $10 or more.
It’s easy enough to understand overall - your Mega Spins are valued at $1 each, and they’re valid only on selected top slots. For this bonus, just like with many other top casino bonuses online, you’ll need to meet wagering requirements of 60x within 30 days before you’ll be able to withdraw.
In addition to the welcome bonus, there are regular match bonus offers, as well as free spins promos. You can visit the promotions page when logged in to see what you’re eligible for. There are also tournaments going on all the time. Here you’ll need to wager on selected games in order to place on the leaderboard and win prizes like cash or free spins.
Unfortunately, the welcome bonus at Queen Vegas isn’t really any good to live casino players, as it takes the form of Mega Spins on selected slots. Even if you do decide to claim the offer and play the spins, only slots count towards the wagering requirements, so overall we’d have to suggest staying away from this offer unless you’re planning to play slots.
Queen Vegas isn’t a sportsbook site, they concentrate only on slots, live dealer games and other casino games, so you won’t find any sports bonuses here.
There are a few bingo-style games that you can play on your own, but Queen Vegas doesn’t have any bingo rooms, so you won’t find any specific bingo bonuses here.
The Queen Vegas VIP program is great because everyone can qualify for some of the benefits. Simply for playing your favourite games, you’ll move up the levels, where you can look forward to a professional VIP account manager, invitations to exclusive events and promotions. If you make it to one of the three top levels (Platinum, Diamond or Red Diamond), you’ll get even more offers like cashback, faster payouts and tickets to sporting events.
The licensing information for Queen Vegas isn’t immediately visible, but you’ll be able to see it in the footer of the site once you’re logged in. They’re licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, under the number MGA/CRP/171/2009/01, issued in 2018.
The Queen Vegas website is one of the most secure online casino sites we’ve come across so far. They use TLS 1.2 (a strong protocol), as well as ECDHE_RSA with X25519 (a strong key exchange), and AES_128_GCM (a strong cipher) to ensure that your data is protected. You’re also protected under the relevant data protection laws, and you can find details within the privacy policy.
The games at Queen Vegas Casino use certified and audited Random Number Generator software to ensure that all games are fair - they hold a certificate from iTechLabs, which you can view if you choose.
If you need any help or support while playing, the team is available to take your queries 24/7, and you can get in touch via email at [email protected]. There’s also a live chat function, but we found that the response times can be a little long. You’re first directed to a bot and thereafter you should receive a response, but it might take an hour or two.
Queen Vegas encourages responsible play at all times, so they have a comprehensive responsible gambling section which you can access via the footer of the site. Here you can take a self-assessment, or read about the tools you can implement to help you control spending. These tools include a cooling-off period, temporary suspension and self-exclusion (all available within your account settings), or choose to limit your deposits or time spent on the site. You can also add a reality check to remind you how long you’ve been playing.
Queen Vegas works with a number of different game providers like NetEnt, NextGen, Amaya and more to bring you a strong selection of games. In total, there are a few hundred games, spanning online slots real money, jackpots, card games, video poker and live dealer games.
There’s not a huge variety of table games outside of the live dealer environment, but there are still some options for you to try. We’d recommend one of the online blackjack options, like European Blackjack or American Blackjack, or another card game like Casino Solitaire. There is also a poker option like the exclusive Casino Hold’Em game, if you enjoy playing at poker sites for Canadians.
Online slots are the main kind of games you can look forward to at Queen Vegas Casino - and there sure is a lot to look forward to!
The first thing to note is that Queen Vegas is home to some exclusive games, like Book of Magic and Atlantis Gold. There are also new games added regularly, and at the time of writing these include Irish Clover, Snakes & Ladders, and Million Zeus.
Of course, you can also opt for one of the popular games like Book of Dead, Fishin’ Frenzy or The Dog House. With so many themes on offer, you’re sure to find something you enjoy! Plus there are features like Megaways where your ways to win are always changing, and some games have bonus rounds which can be triggered during play.
Jackpots are big at Queen Vegas, with some games holding five or six-figure jackpot amounts (like Dynamite Riches Megaways and Fishin’ Frenzy Megaways). Some jackpots also have to drop daily, so head to the daily jackpots section where you can find games like Wild Tundra and Fa Fa Babies, which pay out every day.
We were really impressed with the live dealer game selection at Queen Vegas Casino. It’s not unusual to see online blackjack casinos with only one game provider represented, so it’s great to see that Queen Vegas carries games from three providers – Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Playtech.
All of the main live casino games are covered here, like roulette, blackjack and baccarat. There’s also a number of different game shows like Mega Wheel and Sweet Bonanza Candyland. The game lobby is really clear and easy to use, with the games broken down into categories, and the minimum and maximum bet limits displayed.
Given Queen Vegas' amazing selection in this category, it would certainly make it into our list of top live dealer casinos online!
The Queen Vegas website definitely works better on mobile than on desktop. We found that when using browsers like Google Chrome or Firefox, the experience can be a little laggy, and it’s slightly difficult to navigate to certain areas of the site. However, all of this disappears when you play on mobile. Here the navigation is smooth, it says to arrange games by category or browse all, and you can access your account or make a deposit with just a few clicks. We’d go as far as to say that you should even sign up for your account on mobile and enjoy your full experience this way.
While there’s nothing particularly groundbreaking about the design or layout of the Queen Vegas website, it’s perfectly functional. As they’ve obviously put the mobile player first, it makes sense that the layout is simple and that everything is exactly where you’d expect it to be. The logged-in experience is also much better than a first glance at the logged-out experience.
Canadian players can choose from a number of different options for deposits and withdrawals. We were pleased to see that Interac is available, alongside Visa and Mastercard, as well as some e-wallets like Payz and MuchBetter. You can also make use of Apple Pay, which makes sense for a website that’s so mobile-focused.
There are a few things that hold Queen Vegas back, but we’re confident that they can solve these problems in the future. We’d like to see the desktop experience improve a little, and it would be great to see the best casino bonuses become available for areas like a live casino. In the meantime though, you can look forward to a unique welcome bonus and a great range of games to appeal to all Canadian players.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $20, for all payment methods. This is broadly in line with what you would expect at the majority of other Canadian online casinos.
Queen Vegas Casino holds a certification from iTechLabs, which verifies that their games are totally fair. Slot games achieve this by using Random Number Generator technology, to ensure that everyone has the same chance of winning.
Queen Vegas has taken a number of steps to ensure that your experience is safe and secure. The site is encrypted using TLS 1.2, plus a strong key exchange and cipher, to ensure that your data can’t be intercepted by anyone else.
Licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, and offering a secure site encrypted with firewalls and all the latest encryption tools, Queen Vegas is definitely a legit place to play. They also strongly promote responsible gambling.
Wherever you are in Canada, you should be able to sign up for an account at Queen Vegas and start playing. Their current license with the Malta Gaming Authority covers them for operations in Canada.
Queen Vegas is operated by a company called SkillOnNet Limited, which is based in the town of Ta’Xbiex in Malta. They hold a license from the Malta Gaming Authority.
