Despite being placed in a queue of eight people when I joined live chat, I was connected in under a minute, which is really speedy. The operator was able to answer all of my questions quickly too. 

It would be great to see a more comprehensive FAQ and payments section - and it might save the live chat agents some time too! 

Sportuna Casino Review in Summary

Sportuna Casino is packed with games from big name providers. Poker fans are surprisingly well catered for with more than 20 RNG table versions and a handful of live casino tables too. The slots selection is the largest and features some brilliant games, including jackpot slots and those in the potentially lucrative Drops & Wins promotion.

It’s a shame that some of the bonus terms feel a little unfriendly, and an even bigger shame that the site has a weak approach to helping players gamble responsibly. The customer support team made a big difference though, being prompt to respond and very helpful. With some tweaks, this jam-packed casino could be an excellent one.

What Surprised Me

You can’t ignore a casino that’s still operating without a licence. Rabidi NV were previously operating under a licence from the Curacao eGaming Authority and in fairness to them, there has been some reshuffling of how the licence works. If they reapply and gain their licence again, then I’d have a much easier time recommending Sportuna.
