Since bursting onto our screens in 2021, SlotStars has been beefing up its catalogue, working on its bonus selection, and speeding up payments. The result is a top-notch casino that’s got plenty to offer both newcomers and loyal players.
But there’s more to a full package casino than those highlights alone. So in this SlotStars casino review, I’m going to dig even deeper. And will end by giving you my full and final verdict.

SlotStars has a good selection of bonuses, and they’re largely pretty easy to claim and withdraw on. From a decent welcome bonus with player-friendly wagering requirements, to regular reload and free spins bonuses in your Daily Picks. There’s a lot to like about the bonuses on offer here.
I’ll run through some bonuses I found when testing this site. Bear in mind that these do change all the time, so the promos may well be different by the time you get there. Still, you should get a rough idea what to expect.
The SlotStars welcome bonus usually consists of a 100% deposit match up to a certain amount. Typically around £100. And they usually throw in a handful of free spins too. You can only claim this on your first deposit, and you need to check the minimum qualifying deposit amount, as it’s generally higher than the standard.
One of the things I particularly liked is that the spins in the welcome bonus are usually on a ‘non-typical’ slot game. If you get a bit bored of Starburst, Book of Dead, and Big Bass Splash, then SlotStars is a great option.
It’s great to see a casino offer regular bonuses to keep us coming back. If you feel like you’re after a bit of extra value, then check out your Daily Picks tabs. These bonuses are selected for you (yes, you) and can offer anything from a reload bonus to a handful of free spins. And since it's personalised, there's even the prospect of a birthday casino bonus or two.
SlotStars has a 12-level loyalty program that you’re automatically enrolled into. You can gain points by wagering money on any of the casino games. The more points you gain, the further up the levels you climb, and the better perks you receive. Better still, you can’t go back down a level. So this scheme is worthwhile even if you only visit from time to time.
You can see your loyalty points growing in the bar. It’ll always be displayed at the top of the screen. It’s nice to have this programme for sure. My only complaint would be that you don’t ever know how many points you accrue per money wagered. And you’re not told what perks you’re working towards at the next level. Though there’s some fun in the mystery of it, I guess.
Claiming a bonus at SlotStars is easy and withdrawing your winnings is about as difficult as standard. The wagering on deposit bonuses tends to be around 30x, which is pretty reasonable relative to other casinos. On free spins winnings the wagering does tend to be a lot higher though, typically 60x, so keep that in mind before claiming. That’s way higher than I like to see.
The minimum deposit for deposit bonuses tends to be £20. This isn’t much higher than the competition, but it is higher than the site-wide minimum, so keep that in mind!
With more than 6,000 casino games (and growing) you certainly can’t complain about selection! This casino has a roll call of top studios in its library and split mostly between slots, instant wins, and live dealer games.
The lobby itself is pretty well arranged. It has a tile layout that’s a nice break from the usual grid, though you can toggle back to the grid format if you prefer. To refine your search you have a few tabs, but they’re pretty broad. Some subcategories wouldn’t go amiss. Still, I found it easy to get to what I was looking for. Especially with the search function there.
A really nice touch is how easy it is to see game stats. Just click the i icon on any game tile. You’ll immediately get info like minimum and maximum bet, biggest win and so on.
The RNG table games section, or lack of, is the only place I felt genuinely let down. There isn’t a category for these games, which made finding the ones that do exist really hard!
I managed to track down a surprisingly good selection of video poker games (around 20), as well as blackjack and roulette too. With the latter two games, I had to scroll all the way through the live casino to find them. Not the end of the world, but a little annoying!
Of the games I tested, I really enjoyed:
There are well over 5,000 slot titles in the SlotStars catalogue. As the name suggests, slots are what this casino prides itself on. It was great to see so many big-name studios in the list, and to be able to filter by each one of them too.
I loved being able to skim through the all jackpot slots category, made easily accessible from the main menu. This is a category that so many other casinos skip over. There was a good mixture of smaller jackpots (up to £5,000) and larger ones getting well into the millions.
I tested a good few slot games, and those that come to mind were:
Given the site is called SlotStars, it was a nice surprise to see so many great live casino games. There were more than 400 on offer here, with most coming from Pragmatic Play and Evolution - the two names everybody wants to see.
There are 99 blackjack tables to choose from, with tiny limits, £10,000 limits and all kinds of varieties. While blackjack was the main attraction, there wasn’t a table or card game left out.
My favourite live games here were:
For me, the SlotStars mobile site was more than sufficient for all the playing I wanted to do. The games load quickly, it’s easy to navigate your way around, and there aren’t any buttons that are too small for thumbs to press. But, there’s also a mobile app!
The app is a slightly more polished experience with a slick layout. It’s easy access to the whole game catalogue and I noticed no buffering. If you’re a keen mobile player, the app is probably worth downloading. Otherwise I’d stick to the mobile site and save that valuable storage space!
There are no less than 76 different providers in the SlotStars catalogue, so if you have a favourite, there’s a good chance you’ll find them here. It’s great being able to filter the games by provider too, as you can see exactly who’s on offer. Some great providers include:
SlotStars has a solid, but not huge selection of payment providers. It would’ve been nice to see a prepaid card option or perhaps another e-wallet, but it’s a small gripe.
This is a £10 minimum deposit casino. But remember the minimum required to unlock some bonuses may be set a touch higher, sometimes £20.
Where it really stands out is for its commitment to fast, free withdrawals. As long as you’ve completed your KYC and are making a withdrawal that’s £10 or more, you should receive your funds in under seven hours! In my withdrawal requests using PayPal, I had the money in my account in three. You can’t knock that.
SlotStars has a super straightforward sign up process. In fact, if you already have an account at any other SkillOnNet casino, you can complete in one single step. Let me guide you through it:
Your deposit will then appear in your account instantly - and you’re ready to play!
Safety first, the saying goes. And it’s quite right. Especially when we’re parting with personal data and money.
I was pleased to see SlotStars Casino has a full UK Gambling Commission licence (number 39326) as well as a remote licence from the Malta Gaming Authority. In terms of safety, it doesn’t get much better than this, so you should have no qualms about signing up.
As part of its UKGC license, all of the games at SlotStars undergo regular independent auditing (that’s checking to you and me!) to make sure the games are fair. They’ve got a solid set of responsible gambling tools too and they only accept payments from reputable providers.
When you play at SlotStars, you’ll eventually be required to prove who you are. It’s to stop underage gambling and fraud, and it’s a good sign when casinos in the UK enforce this. It’s a condition of their licence, after all.
Proving your identity is easy, and you should do it as soon as possible. Click on the little person icon at the top right of your screen. Then, click ‘upload documents’. You’ll need to share scans of a passport or driving licence, plus a recent utility bill as proof of address. All must bear your name.
Upload all of those and you should be all approved within 24 hours.
SlotStars Casino has a full UKGC licence, which means it has to offer responsible gambling tools. It really does go above and beyond though, much further than what competitor sites offer. When I tested the site, it gave me options for:
By far the easiest way to reach a customer support agent is to use the 24/7 live chat. You’ll need to go through a few automated questions first, but from starting the process to being connected to an actual human takes under five minutes. Consider me impressed.
The FAQ section is absolutely packed with helpful tips too, so if you’ve got a question that you think might be popular, check this out.
There’s an email contact too. But it’s surely way slower than the live chat. I simply stick with that if you can.
SlotStars Casino is a super professional site, despite only having launched in 2021. It has a huge selection of the best slots and a surprisingly sizeable live casino category too, totaling more than 6,000 games between them.
It was a shame that finding RNG table games was such a struggle. But equally, they are still there - just well hidden! Payments were a breeze, with a low £10 minimum and withdrawals in a few hours. This site is one of the rare casinos that manages to deliver in just about all areas.
Being able to find my way through such a large slots catalogue so easily. I could quickly see not just which studios had provided games, but how many were in the catalogue too. This saved me lots of time scrolling.
The minimum deposit at SlotStars Casino is £10 regardless of the payment method you use. Remember that if you want to claim a bonus you might need to make a different qualifying bonus amount. You can find this information in the bonus terms.
SlotStars really excels when it comes to fast payouts. On average, it takes from two to seven hours for them to process a withdrawal request, with your payment provider’s processing time added on top of that. PayPal, Visa, and Trustly tend to take just a few minutes.
Yes! SlotStars is totally safe. It uses SSL encryption to protect your data and only partners with the most trusted payment providers in the industry. Everything from your personal information to your bank details is kept super safe thanks to this.
Yes, absolutely. SlotStars Casino has a licence from the UK Gambling Commission. As far as licensing goes, that’s the gold standard. This licence ensures that this casino is safe, secure, fair, and legal to play at. If you’re playing abroad then their licence from the Malta Gaming Authority does the same.
For most payment methods the minimum withdrawal at SlotStars Casino is £10. However, if you want to make a wire transfer this is increased to £30. Remember to complete your KYC before trying to make a withdrawal request, as if you haven’t the process will be considerably slower.
The easiest way to contact SlotStars is via live chat. You can access this on the main menu at any time of day, seven days per week. If you have a question that you think lots of other people will have had, then consider checking out the FAQ, it’s sometimes even quicker to find your answer.
