As a new kid on the block, Lucky10 Casino is looking to make an impact. The site launched in Canada in 2024, and I was super impressed to find over 6,000 titles already filling its lobby.
The brand is owned by StarScream Limited and operates with a Kahnawake Gaming Commission license. So I could leave any worries about legitimacy at the door.
But there’s so much more that makes a casino. So I went to check out this upstart, testing everything from customer support to payments, promos, and more. And now I’m reporting back with my Lucky10 Casino review.

Lucky10 seemed to offer a good raft of bonuses and promotions. And I was happy to see something for both new and existing players. Obviously, there’s the usual welcome package for those just joining up. But there was plenty to hang around for after.
I’ll give you a taster of what was there when I reviewed the site. Remember promos change all the time, so it’s likely things will be different by the time you’re there. But you should be able to get a sense of Lucky10.
When I landed at Lucky10, I was met with a classic deposit match promo. There were no spins added in, and no spreading the offer across multiple deposits. To be honest, I found this kinda refreshing.
The terms were pretty reasonable too. The bonus funds came with a 35x wagering requirement, plus I could deposit as little as $10 to get them. But given your money is matched, you may want to go higher. I sure did.
Lucky10 Casino runs Pragmatic Play's Drop & Wins promo with up to $2,500,000 pool prizes given out every month. All you need to do is play the eligible live casino or slot games to qualify. But the thing to remember is that you need to opt in for this promo. So keep a tab on that promotions page.
Spinoleague is commemorating a decade of creating casino games. And Lucky10 are letting us join the celebration by playing for our share of a $10 million prize pool. When you hit specific scores on their games, your prizes get multiplied ten times.
Lucky10 uses its loyalty program to give us cause to come back. The scheme comprizes 100 levels, which is kind of insane. I’m used to sites giving us five, maybe ten tiers to work at.
As you progress through the tiers, you'll enjoy casino cashback bonuses, deposit matches and free spins each time you level up.
There are terms attached to these giveaways, so it’s not free money. Still, this shows the site are serious about keeping the goods coming.
As far as I could tell, all bonuses at Lucky10 came with wagering requirements attached. You need to play through the bonus funds a certain many times over before you can withdraw what’s left.
Here, this was set at either 35x or 40x. That’s round about the industry average. So nothing to get mad about, but not a sweet deal either.
As for actually getting your money, things are okay here. Payout requests are said to take a maximum five business days, but I found they were done in half that. If you choose cryptocurrency, you’ll get your money within minutes.
One of Lucky10’s obvious selling points is the massive game lobby. This online casino hosts over 6,000 exciting titles from leading providers. For a relatively new site to be hitting those numbers means they must have been busy.
So we can talk about the games in more detail, I’ll break things down by category.
I didn't find a dedicated table game section at Lucky10. Instead, this game category is available in the live casino lobby. I really dislike it when they do this as it’s hard to tell the live and RNG games apart. A lot of the live titles aren’t explicitly clear that they’re live until you press play. Anyway, I shouldn’t let that get in the way of my assessment of the games.
There’s plenty here, a couple hundred titles maybe. And they’re from providers I know well. You’ll find all of blackjack, baccarat, poker, and roulette at Lucky10.
Some of my favorites here were:
With so many games, it follows that all the bases are covered. Whatever your preferences are on volatility, themes, progressive jackpot slots, and more, you will find something. Plenty in fact. And I was pleased to see Lucky10 are still adding new slot games all the time.
Here are a few that made an impression on me:
The Lucky10 live casino isn’t the biggest by any stretch. But it does at least come with an air of quality. The lobby contains 43 titles from top software providers like Betgames, Bombay Live, and Pragmatic Play. These games cut across live online blackjack, baccarat, poker, and roulette alongside game shows.
Here’s some that were a hit with me:
This is another solid slot from the legends at Pragmatic Play. It features five reels and 20 paylines, with maximum wins regularly topping $10,000. RTP isn’t the highest I’ve ever seen at 94.5%, but the great graphics and an Egyptian theme (which I’m a sucker for) won me over.
I went to find the Lucky10 Casino app in the store of my iPhone 13 and left empty handed. Turns out there’s no Lucky10 app available on any devices for now. That’s always a little disappointing to learn. But these guys are still pretty new, so I’ll cut them some slack.
Thankfully, the experience in mobile browser is quality. It’s not at all that different from playing on desktop. Clearly the site has been fully optimized for the small screen. I had zero issues using the mobile casino while moving across devices.
With 6,000 titles, we already know Lucky10 will be powered by many software providers. I counted north of 50 game developers. These include popular names like Pragmatic Play, Games Global, Booming Games, and Play'n GO.
I was happy to see some small providers supplying games to the site, too. Names like betiZon, Felt Gaming, MrSlotty, Kiron Interactive, and Triple PG, among others.
Funding your account and withdrawing wins seems pretty convenient at Lucky10 Casino. Particularly because they accept stacks of payment methods, including both fiat and cryptocurrencies.
I spotted options for debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, prepaid cards, and more.
The site did say that minimums and maximums on deposits and withdrawals vary by method. But then they made this info virtually impossible to find, which is frustrating. Lucky10 is a 10 dollar deposit casino, so we’ll take that as a clue I guess.
As for speeds, the site says all payments can take up to five business days. I feel like they’re overcompensating here, my e-wallet withdrawals came through in two. Plus crypto withdrawals are actually lightning fast. Almost instant.
I had zero issues signing up at Lucky10. It’s the same straightforward process you’ll be familiar with. Here’s how it goes:
The first (and most important) sign of safety is that Lucky10 Casino operates with a Kahnawake Gaming Commission license. This is a serious and well-regarded regulatory body. They hold their licensees to account on safety, security, and game fairness. So we can leave any worries about legitimacy at the door.
Lucky10 ensures security by employing advanced SSL encryption technology. This tightly protects your personal and financial information from third-party access.
Lucky10 Casino will request account verification before processing your first withdrawal. That they do this is a condition of their license terms. It’s called Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. They need to ask for proof from you that you are who you’ve said you are. That you’re of legal gambling age and not a scam account.
You may be asked to submit one or a combination of the following:
While the site didn't say how long the verification would take, mine was all done in a few hours. Ensure the submitted documents are clear, as it'll avoid any hitches.
My tip: Verify your account right after registration. Or as soon as you’re first asked. That way it won’t hold up your first withdrawal.
I always say to judge a casino by how it handles responsible gambling. Thankfully, Lucky10 does well here.
There are a whole range of tools in the site’s responsible gambling zone. These include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, as well as session and loss limits. You can choose to take a short break or go for a much longer self-exclusion. You can self-exclude permanently should you wish.
I found all this reassuring to see.
Lucky10 offers 24/7 support to players through two main channels. Live chat and email.
The live chat option is the fastest, as you’ll get replies within a minute. I love that it's on the main screen from the moment you visit the site. You can use this contact option even without signing up, unlike other online casinos in Canada.
I recommend email support if you need a detailed response to your questions. But do expect responses to be much slower, anything up to two days.
There is an FAQs area where you may find the info you need. But it’s not great, I’ve seen better. Stick with the live chat if you can.
Lucky10 Casino did feel like a breath of fresh air. Although the platform only launched recently, it’s getting much of the important stuff right.
I have to mention access to over 6,000 games from top providers like Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, Games Global, and Hacksaw Gaming. But the positives go well beyond that. Lucky10 offers loads of ways to deposit and withdraw. Plus the 100-tier loyalty program is an absolute bonanza of giveaways. It makes sticking around here worth it.
Are there things I’d fault? Yes. The game library needs to be better organized, with a separate space for RNG table games. Plus I’d like to see a bespoke Lucky10 app.
But those are small fry. I totally recommend Lucky10 Casino.
For a casino that started up so recently, it's surprising to see 6,000+ games in its lobby already.
I couldn't find a general minimum deposit at Lucky10 Casino. That's because each payment method has its own minimum. However, the smallest amount required to claim the welcome bonus is $10. Keep in mind that deposits at Lucky10 are free and fast. Your funds will arrive in your account within minutes.
There's no defined payout time at Lucky10 Casino. Your withdrawal period depends on your chosen payment method. Cryptocurrencies are usually fastest, and you'll receive your funds within minutes. Bank transfers are the slowest, as they can take up to five business days. But in my experience, most withdrawals are completed in two.
Yes. Lucky10 is safe, and your data is secure. The platform employs advanced SSL encryption technology to protect your personal and financial details. Canadians can sign up and play without worry, as all information is fully shielded from cybercriminals.
Yes. Lucky10 operates with a Kahnawake Gaming Commission license. This is an established and reputable regulatory body. They’d only give a license to Lucky10 if they met certain conditions. These include complete security of data plus games that are fair and transparent.
The minimum payout amount at Lucky10 depends on your preferred payment method. Lucky10 didn't set a minimum amount when I checked. However, each payment method will have one applied. You’ll find this info once you pick an option from the list.
You can contact Lucky10 through live chat or email support. Live chat is suitable for fast and urgent queries. Alternatively, email is ideal for long and lengthy complaints. I also found a FAQ page containing questions and answers on relevant areas like Bonuses and Promotions, Deposits and Withdrawals, Slots, Responsible Gambling, and more.
