RioAce have clearly put some thought into the bonuses. In fact, these are some of the best casino bonuses Canada has. Not only are there plenty for new and existing players alike, but each promo is well considered.

These offers are your ticket to extra playtime, but don't forget, there are a few twists and turns on the bonus highway. For bonus playthrough, only slots are your golden ticket, contributing 100%. But if you’re hoping to play Texas hold’em, table games, video poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, or craps, you’re out of luck. None of these games contribute to the wagering requirements here.

Amusnet and Playson games are also off-limits, and live casino games are a no-go while you're in bonus mode. Which I have to say, disappointed me quite a lot. 

When it comes to betting with a bonus, the max is $7, so no high rolling here. And remember, your bonuses disappear 10 days after activation, so use them or lose them.

Welcome Bonus

RioAce is usually generous with its welcome pack. Normally, you can expect a deposit match and a bundle of free spins. I can’t promise what match you’ll get, but from what I’ve seen, this site likes to go big. Like magnitutes over 100% big. 

This package is often spread across four to five deposits, and the free spins are distributed every 24 hours.

For most welcome packs, there are conditions to be met before cashing out. At RioAce, your bonus funds must be wagered 40x, while winnings from free spins require a 35x rollover. This is standard for the industry.

There is a cap on how much you can take home from free spins winnings. And your total cashout from the bonus is capped at 5x the granted amount. Anything extra disappears. These terms do crash the party a bit, but this is still a solid welcome package in the round.  

Sports Welcome Bonus

RioAce is combined with a sportsbook. And as is common in this scenario, there’s a separate sports welcome package available. The bad news is that it’s one or the other between this and the casino. I know which one I’d go for. 

Sans the free spins, obviously, the welcome bundle is much the same as at the casino. There’s a mega deposit match that’s spread across your first four or five deposits. 

Sports betting bonuses are valid for 10 days and generally need to be wagered 6x, with a maximum bet of C$75 per wager. Bonus winnings are capped at 5x the amount, meaning anything beyond that will vanish.

Weekly Cashback Bonus

I was astonished to hear you can get up to 35% cashback every week at RioAce. The site tracks your losses and gives you a certain percentage back, which will be determined by the VIP level you're on. You don’t even have to lift a finger, because cashback is automatic and credited every Monday.

This is a huge win for RioAce in my eyes. Even at the lower percentages, cashback bonuses take the sting out of losses and feels like a real reward for my custom. 

Weekend Reload Bonus

Something for the weekend? RioAce, it seems, are happy to oblige. 

There’s a reload offer each Friday to Sunday that combines a deposit batch and a bundle of free spins. The spins are usually credited in two waves. 

Obviously, there is the catch. To cash out your Weekend Reload Bonus, you'll need to wager the bonus amount 40x, while winnings from free spins require a 35x rollover. Keep your bets in check, as the maximum bet allowed during wagering is $7 per spin or bet. You’ve got 10 days to use your bonus before it vanishes, so don’t let it go to waste. 

Daily Bonus Map

Yes, you read that right. To chart your progress with all these bonuses, a literal map will pop up. You’ll find it dishing out daily rewards like it’s your own personal treasure hunt. Where to find it? Keep an eye on the left side of your screen for the Daily Bonus Map. Click it and claim your reward.

What’s in it for you? I’ll give you some idea. When I checked on 20 February 2025, I got an epic 60% deposit match up to $730 and 60 Free Spins on Wolf Gold, one of my all-time favorite slots from Pragmatic Play. But let me be very clear. It’ll be no easy task getting to that sort of level. This is only for the highest of high rollers.

Bonus Withdrawal Difficulty

As you can tell from the promos I’ve outlined, RioAce is a real mixed bag. There’s so many bonuses about that it’s quite hard to get a clear picture. So let’s start with wagering requirements. 

These range from as little as 5x on some spins promos, all the way up to 40x on some of the big bundles. The low end of that range is genuinely generous, while the top end is only a touch above industry average. 

What’s less generous are some of the caps on winnings. They’re different for each promo, and some of these create a pretty low ceiling to what you can hope to take home. For the big wins, be aware that you’re capped at a $10,000 withdrawal per day, and $50,000 in a 30-day period. But don’t worry, progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.

My main advice with RioAce would be to read the bonus terms and then read them again. There’s so much variation here that you need to have all the information beforehand. 

One glance at the RioAce lobby and you know you’re in the right place. I spotted loads of my favorite games alongside some new titles I’ve been hearing noise about. Both of these are good signals.

I did find a maximum for withdrawals. It was no more than 10,000 EUR in a 24-hour period or 50,000 EUR in a 30-day period. Yes, in Euro. So you’ll need to see what the current equivalent in CA$ is.

One thing to note. Some reviewers claim RioAce is a crypto casino, but I couldn’t find a shred of evidence to back that up on the Canadian site. I searched all over the banking section, but alas, it’s as elusive as a unicorn.

How to Sign Up and Deposit

Joining RioAce is quick and easy. Here’s what to do. 

• Hit the big pink Play Now button in this page. You’ll go direct to RioAce.
• Fill out the sign up form. You’ll need to enter an email address, then choose a username and password. Confirm you’re in Canada and that CA$ is your currency. You don’t need to enter a promo code. The welcome bung has already been added.

Responsible Gambling

Responsible gambling is a good area to judge a casino on. It’s an indicator of how much a site cares about us players.

Unfortunately, the Responsible Gambling page at RioAce left me scratching my head. There were mentions of tools like self exclusion, but nothing to explain what’s available and how to access them. Instead, most of the page is taken up by generic advice. This is an area that needs work. I expect much better.

As is common now, the best way to contact RioAce is via 24/7 live chat. It’s available from inside your account, and responses are usually very fast. I got all mine within a couple of minutes. You can’t fault that.

There’s also email support, though there are several email addresses to use, depending on your issue. For KYC, you’ll need to email KYC@rioace.com. For general inquiries, you can email support@rioace.com, while complaints can be directed to complaints@playersupportcenter.com.

The FAQ section is nicely laid out under different headings. But some of the answers are not clear cut or helpful. Some just direct you to email support instead of providing an actual solution, which is a total waste of time. While parts of the FAQs hub are useful, others could use a rewrite.

RioAce Casino Review in Summary

It’s a bonus buffet at RioAce Casino in Canada, loaded with goodies from left to right. When you can grab daily rewards and up to 60 free spins every single day, it’s hard to find something to complain about. And the fun continues over on the sportsbook, which I haven’t even really touched on. Other highpoints including a slick mobile site and a solid variety of payment methods accepted. But there are areas to fault, and that I will do.

The Responsible gambling area did disappoint me. I’m told the tools are there, but I can’t find or learn anything about them. What use is that? And I wasn’t happy at having my time wasted by the FAQs that only told me to put it in an email.

These are things that can be fixed. The simple fact is this. If you’re all about bonuses and want giveaways galore, RioAce is going to go down a storm.
