The welcome offer at Neon Vegas is certainly unique, mainly because it’s so big! You’ll need to make a deposit and wager it at least 20x, then you’ll get a huge amount of free cash to play with - no strings attached. Even the 20x wagering requirement is very low compared to what we’ve seen at most other online casino sites, and there’s no maximum bet when using the bonus.
If you have any winnings from your cash balance, you can withdraw and re-deposit until you meet the wagering requirements. One thing to keep in mind is that wagering requirements need to be met within two days.
All players will also get a special daily offer, which you can claim once you make a deposit each day. You’ll get either free spins or a match bonus. This is a great system, and one of the best forms of rewards we’ve seen at any casinos online.
Live casino players can claim the overall casino welcome offer, but the catch is that any play on Evolution Gaming games doesn’t count towards the wagering requirements. For this reason, we’d only recommend claiming this offer if you’re planning to play slots as well. There are some other promotions for live casino players, including drops & wins on top games.
You might have already worked this out from the name, but Neon Vegas is entirely a casino games site, not a sports betting site. There are no sportsbook options, or sports-related bonuses.
While Neon Vegas doesn’t offer any bingo rooms - and therefore any bingo bonuses - at the moment, it’s definitely something that would fit in with the rest of the site, so maybe it’s something they’d think about adding in the future.
One thing that Neon Vegas lacks at the moment is a VIP programme. While some of the new online casinos in Ireland will have a less structured programme and give out casino bonuses via chat or on an ad hoc basis, Neon Vegas only offers what you’ll see on the promotions page. The good thing about this system is that even if you’re not a high roller, you’ll still get daily promotions.
As is the case with all operators of real-money games, Neon Vegas needs to ensure that the identity of customers can be verified, and this is done via Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols. You can upload the documents including your ID and proof of address directly to the site, and they will be reviewed within 48 hours, after which time you’ll be able to request a withdrawal.
Neon Vegas is operated by BP Group Ltd., a member of the PressEnter Group, which in turn is registered in Malta. The company registration number is C52434, and for their services in the EU, they’re licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority with licence number MGA/B2C/203/2011. All of your data is protected under appropriate GDPR protocols, and the website makes use of encryption technology to ensure that you’re fully protected. What’s more, the game providers that Neon Vegas works with ensure that their games undergo strict testing and auditing for fairness before they’re released, so you have just as much of a chance of winning as anyone else.
As you’d expect from a reputable name like Neon Vegas, responsible gaming is high on the priority list. The responsible gaming section goes into detail about the brand’s policy, and measures you can take to control your spend. Via your account section, you can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, session time reminders, timeouts or a self-exclusion.
In terms of customer support, you can get in touch either via email, by a form directly on the site or through live chat, which is available 24/7. Going by our experience, you won’t wait more than a few seconds for a response on live chat, and the agents are friendly and knowledgeable.
Neon Vegas is big on variety. Love slots? Explore a selection of hundreds of top titles. Are you a huge fan of live casinos? Head over to the live dealer tables for a totally immersive experience. There are also some massive jackpots, a good selection of table games and even a video poker option.
There are about 20 table games to try, outside of the live casino environment. These games come from top providers like NetEnt, iSoftBet and Pragmatic Play. There aren’t many games that we haven’t seen before, but all of the main casino games are nicely covered, including blackjack, roulette and baccarat.
Neon Vegas has a seriously impressive selection of hundreds of different slot games. From animal-themed slots to myths and legends, there’s something to suit every taste. It’s always a good idea to have a go at one of the newer games, and there are tonnes of new titles available, including Xibalba, Love Joker and Gold Party.
What we’re starting to see at some online casinos - but definitely not all - is feature buy games, which allow you to buy your way into the bonus round. There’s a whole section for these at Neon Vegas, so that is a must for any keen online slots player. There’s also a section for high volatility slots, like Punk Rocker, Book of Shadows and Razor Shark.
While you’re at it, look out for features like sticky wilds, falling symbols and megawatts - you can view these games by category in the games section, which is ideal. What's more, plenty of the games are mobile slots games, allowing you to play on the move.
We were impressed to see that the live casino offering at Neon Vegas comes from Evolution Gaming. Right from the outset, it’s evident that the dealers are professional, but also tonnes of fun, and happy to chat with you and your table mates. You can also look forward to HD streaming with no lag time, and you can customise your experience using audio and video settings. There are some privé tables where you play alone with the dealer, and plenty of VIP tables for the high rollers. You can look forward to games like blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker.
It’s full of neon and flashing lights - just what you’d expect from a real Vegas experience! Neon Vegas is definitely appropriately named, and we love the bright and vibrant theme which really adds a fun element to your whole journey on the site. We have to say it’s one of the better themes we’ve seen at an online casino, when it comes to execution.
We did expect to find a mobile app, but that’s one thing that isn’t available at the moment. We tried out the mobile site though, and the user experience is of a very high quality and a standout among mobile online casinos. We thought that the theme might be a little busy for the smaller screen, but that isn’t the case at all, and all games are mobile-optimised, so you can enjoy the full experience on your usual browser on iOS or Android.
Working with several dozen different providers, Neon Vegas is able to provide a great variety of slot games, for both desktop and mobile players. We were impressed to see that not only do they offer games from all the big names like NetEnt, Play’n Go and Pragmatic Play, but also from smaller providers like Rabcat, Fantasma and Leap Gaming. The result here is that not online are all of the world’s top games available, but you’re also likely to find some games you haven’t seen before.
There are a few different casino payment methods which can be used for deposits and withdrawals, each of which has its own perks. You can use a bank transfer, bank card (Visa or Mastercard), or an e-wallet like Skrill, Neteller or Trustly. It’s worth bearing in mind that your provider might charge you a small fee for making a deposit to an online casino. Withdrawals can be made to the same methods, and processing times can be up to 72 hours. While this may seem quite long, this is the maximum, so in practice it can be a lot less. The maximum withdrawal amount is €5,000 per day.
Overall we were really impressed with the experience at Neon Vegas. They aim to offer the full experience to really immerse you and make you feel like you’re in actual Vegas, which is no mean feat! But between the visuals, the huge amount of promotions, and the great game variety, it really feels like they’ve done it.
It can take up to 72 hours for a withdrawal to be processed, and thereafter the time to reach your account can vary from instant (e-wallets) to a few additional days (bank card payments).
As the games at Neon Vegas come from trusted gaming software providers, they go through rigorous testing and auditing procedures before they’re released to the public. Slots use random number generator technology, and live dealer games are just as fair as at a real casino.
Neon Vegas uses the latest SSL technology to encrypt all of your personal data on the site. You’re also protected by standard GDPR protocols, which regulate the way your data is collected, transmitted and used.
As a licensed and regulated site which must adhere to all industry-standard procedures in order to maintain their licence, you can rest assured that Neon Vegas is totally legit. They’re also part of a wide group which operates other online casinos.
No matter where you’re based in the Republic of Ireland, you should have no trouble creating an account and playing with Neon Vegas. They’re licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority which covers their operations in the EU, including Ireland.
Neon Vegas is a member of the PressEnter Group, which is a company registered in Malta. Their headquarters are located in the town of Sliema, in Malta.
