Now I’ll run through some specific bonuses I found. Remember these can and will change all the time, so there’s no guarantee they’ll still be there when you sign up. But it should help you get a sense of how BetPlays do thing.

When I joined, I got a package that unlocked across my first three deposits. It included a combination of deposit matches, free spins, and cashback.

BetPlays Reloads

BetPlays seem to be a fan of regular reload bonuses, long after the welcome package is up. To get them you need to fill up a progress bar, which will rise each time you deposit NZ$20 or more.

I used a couple of the reloads myself, and the terms were a little harsh here. There’s a 45x wagering requirement, which is a touch about the industry average but nothing crazy. However, only having three days to fulfil that meant the pressure was seriously on. I can see how this might put some of you off bothering with the reloads. 

Loyalty Scheme

I'll keep this brief. There isn't one! It's rare to see a site not offer anything in the way of VIP or loyalty schemes. Hopefully this is something BetPlays add down the line.

Bonus Withdrawal Difficulty

At BetPlays, I found getting your money from bonus wins is a mixed picture. On the one hand you’ve got cashback with a mere 1x wagering requirement. Then the next you’ve got just 72 hours to hit 45x on those reloads. 

Given the picture’s so varied, this is one of those sites where my advice is to go through the terms thoroughly. That’s my advice anytime and anywhere, I guess. But it’s extra important here. You need to know exactly what you’re getting into. Otherwise you could end up wasting funds.
