Woo Casino Bonuses and Promotions

At Woo, you’re in for a wild ride. But before spinning, let’s talk about the fine print. When I activated my bonus, the maximum single bet across all games was NZ$6.50. To claim a deposit bonus, all I had to do was put in the bonus code from the promo description, make the qualifying deposit, and that’s it.

Now, let’s talk wagering, because not all games contribute equally. Crash games and table games contribute just 5% - unless you’re playing with a live dealer whereby they won’t count at all. But if pokies are your jam, you’re in luck, as most of them contribute a 100%. Yet if you’re eyeing jackpot games, think again, they’re not included in wagering for promos.

Now I’ll run through some specific promos I found when reviewing the site. Remember these can and do change all the time. So it may well be a very different story by the time you reach Woo. Still, this should help you get a taste of things.

Welcome Bonus

I love a good welcome, and Woo knew exactly how to roll out the red carpet for me. On sign-up, there’s normally a package to grab. It has the usual combo of a healthy deposit match plus some free spins. It applied on my first deposit, which needed to be a minimum of NZD$25. The spins were spread over a few days, getting 25 a day, and were to use on one selected slot game.

Weekend Reload Bonus

Who doesn’t love the weekend? and by depositing NZD$25 during it, I scored a 50% match plus 60 free spins on Big Atlantis Frenzy. The first 30 free spins hit my account immediately, and the next 30 free spins arrived 24 hours later. Something to savour, I guess. The wagering requirement was 40x.

Claiming it was easy. I simply entered ‘RELOAD’ in the bonus code field, clicked ‘Add,’ and made my deposit. This bonus could only be claimed once per weekend, either on Saturday or Sunday. BUT that runs in line with UTC time. If you deposit outside this time, it won’t be awarded.

Mystery Box Bonus

Who doesn’t love a little mystery, especially when it comes with a chance to win up to NZD$15,000? With this bonus, I unlocked free spins and cash prizes just by making a deposit. Here’s how it works. Every individual deposit earned me a key, and I could collect up to nine keys per day.  All you need is choose one of three mystery boxes, make the required deposit, and then unveil your reward after.

Missions Loyalty Programme

From the moment I started playing for real money, I was automatically entered into the VIP programme. The more missions I completed, the more bonuses and prizes I unlocked. With every bet I made, my VIP level increased, and the prizes only got better as I climbed the ranks. Plus, I was able to exchange my CPs (Comp Points) for cash, without losing my VIP status.

For every NZD$50 wagered, I earned 1 CP. All rewards came with a 3x wagering requirement, and I was given one month to play through my bonus. Oh, and any prizes I earned landed in my account within 24 hours of levelling up. I was pretty impressed! Especially with the very reasonable wagering requirement. I wouldn't say it's up there with the best VIP casinos online, but the scheme is still a nice touch.

Feedback Bonus

Did you know you could get a prize here just by sharing your opinion? This bonus isn’t in the usual Promotions section, though. I found it under the Main Menu by clicking Send Feedback. All I did was fill out the form and answer a few questions. Each month, two lucky players get $100 in bonus credits, just for giving their feedback. Of course, there’s a little fine print. For example, there’s a 3x wagering requirement before you can cash out winnings.

Sports Betting

I did notice that you can choose a sports welcome package over the casino one. Did I? Obviously not. But you could if you’re so inclined.

It’s much the same. Obviously you can’t get any free spins. So it’s an equal deposit match plus a package of free bets. It needs a NZD$20 to unlock, and there are restrictions on how the free bets can be used. Oh and you can’t use crypto deposits for this or any other sports promos at Woo.

The sports section does offer some epic extras, like a Hunting Bonus, ComboBoost, a Friday Reload Bonus, and an Express Bonus. But I’ll be sticking with the casino, thanks.

Bonus Withdrawal Difficulty

This platform has a super organised Payment category where all the info about deposits and withdrawals are laid out clearly. At Woo, while all deposits happen instantly, withdrawals take a little longer. But don’t worry, the casino aims to process all within 12 hours, which is faster than at most other sites.

In some cases, withdrawals via bank transfers may be subject to additional charges, but these are capped at $16.  And if you're lucky enough to score big, Woo’s withdrawal limits are set at $4,000 per day, $16,000 per week, and $50,000 per month. For progressive jackpot wins, those are paid out in full. Also note that the maximum winnings from cashback bonuses and tournament prizes are capped at $10,000, but this doesn’t include your welcome or VIP bonus.

When I claimed my welcome bonus, I had 30 days to make it work and meet the wagering requirements. The bonuses and free spins I snagged needed to be wagered 40x before I could cash out. But trust me, that’s standard in the industry. And honestly, it’s no sweat if you play games that contribute 100% to the wager, like pokies.

Woo Casino Game Selection

The site’s game selection is a dream. The navigation is top-notch and made it super easy to find what I was looking for. The filter categories allow you to choose between Woo Choice games, New titles, Daily Drops & Wins, Slots, Bonus Buy, and more. There is also Live games, Roulette and Instant Wins. Plus, if you’re the type who likes to stick to their favourite provider, you can filter by big names like BGaming, Pragmatic Play, or others.

Table Games

I quickly realised there wasn’t a specific page dedicated to RNG table games, but they’re all tucked under the Roulette tab at the top. Once I hit it, all the table game classics popped up, from Blackjack to Baccarat, Poker, and of course, Roulette. However, it was a bit tricky to tell which were live and which weren’t, as they were all mixed together. So, I just clicked on the Live tab to easily separate the two.

Beneath the games, I found helpful FAQs specific to table games. In terms of the titles available, there are Mega Fire Blaze Roulette, American Roulette, Football Studio Roulette, and more. For blackjack, I found Aurora Blackjack, Lightning Blackjack, and Gravity Blackjack. If you’re an online poker junkie, try Triple Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, or Stud Poker. And if you’re into baccarat, there’s Baccarat B, VIP BaccaratBaccarat 4, and more.

Being as I am, I tried all of the above. And my favourites were:

  • Mega Fire Blaze Roulette
  • Gravity Blackjack
  • Stud Poker.

Pokies

If you love a good pokie session, this site has you covered. I started my search under the Woo Choice category, and boy, did I find some hidden gems. From Snoop Dogg Dollars to Book of Dragon, and Wolf Gone Wild - some of the hottest pokies around are here.

Then, I dove into the Slots category and found even more gems like Arctic Coins, Reactoonz 2, and Zeus Unchained. The choices are endless.

But wait, beneath the pokie games, there’s a Daily Slot Race, where a sweet $1,000 is up for grabs. That’s along with 1,000 free spins every day. But here’s the catch – there’s a time limit. So don’t waste any time if you want those prizes. Right next to it, Woo shows off the latest winners and the amounts they've won. And if you’ve got any burning questions, this page has some handy pokie-related FAQs at the bottom to help you out.

My picks from the pokies would have to be:

  • Book of Dragon
  • Wolf Gone Wid
  • Reactoonz 2.

Live Casino Games

Big name software providers like Evolution, Pragmatic Play, and PlayTech each have their own dedicated live online casino lobbies here. That means you can pick the atmosphere that suits you best. Just a heads-up, though. Live dealer games are all about real money action. There are no demo modes here, and the dealers will only engage once you've placed a real wager.

If you’re a baccarat lover, there’s no shortage of choices. You can try Casino Marina Baccarat, Dragon Tiger Baccarat, or Lightning Baccarat just to name a few. For poker fans, there’s Caribbean Stud Poker, Bet on Poker, and Texas Hold'em Bonus. If you're in the mood for a bit of showbiz, game shows include Deal or No Deal, Funky Time, Cash or Crash, and Big Bad Wolf.

Under each game, you’ll find detailed FAQs and tips. A great touch! However, I’d love to see these FAQs include the minimum wager for each game. . I also spotted something called Live Race held weekly with a cool countdown clock and a progressive prize pool up for grabs. Make sure to check every week for the latest race and prize updates.

As for which three games I’d recommend. Let’s go with:

  • Dragon Tiger Baccarat
  • Texas Hold’em Bonus
  • Big Bad Wolf.

Woo Casino on Mobile

Woo doesn’t have a dedicated mobile app. But honestly, that’s not even a problem. You don’t need a bulky PC or a giant screen to enjoy all the action. Woo is fully optimised for both Android and iOS. So you can easily jump into the game from your smartphone anytime, anywhere. Open your browser and let the fun begin.

I obviously can’t speak for every possible device. But when tested on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, Woo looked the part and played like a dream. So while I always like an app, it’s no loss at all here.

Software Providers

It’s clear Woo has teamed up with some heavy hitters here. They make sure you get great games and fair play every time you log in. Here’s a peek at some of the top names I found:

Pragmatic Play: Known for their creative genius, it delivers some amazing Drop & Win pokies like Big Bass Secrets of Golden Lakes, Sugar Rush 1000, and Jokers Jewels Wild.

Evolution: The king of live casino action, Evolution brings the best of real dealers. From Auto Roulette and Crazy Coin Flip to Moonstone Blackjack, there’s no shortage of live games here.

BGaming: If you love Bonus Buy pokies, BGaming is your go-to provider. With games like Snoop Dogg Dollars, Aztec Magic Bonanza, and Alchemist Bonanza, there’s never a dull moment when spinning the reels.

Payment Options

There is a dedicated Payments page and honestly, it’s a relief because not all casinos make it this easy. I was stoked to see plenty of local Kiwi payment options and the minimum deposit starts at just $10. The minimum withdrawal is also $10, which is pretty standard.

In terms of speed, I found that all transactions (deposits and withdrawals) were instant – except for credit cards, Interac, and bank transfer. For Interac, there’s also a minimum withdrawal limit of $100, and for Bank Transfer, it’s a minimum of $500. All in all, the Woo Casino payment options are pretty solid.

  • Fill out the initial sign up form. All you need for now is a username, password, and to set your currency and currency.

  • Go to make your first deposit. That cashier is in the top right. Select Deposit, then choose a method and enter an amount. Remember that the minimum to unlock the bonus package is $25.

Customer Safety

Safety first, they say. And it’s kinda true. If a casino site can’t even call itself safe, then you simply shouldn’t sign up and play here. Thankfully, I was reassured by what I learned when I went digging around Woo Casino.

When it comes to customer safety, you are covered from all angles. The site is owned and operated by Dama N.V - license No. OGL/2023/174/0082 issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. This is a reputable authority who apply strict terms to their licenses. And if Woo weren’t upholding those standards, they’d soon lose that licence.

For game fairness, a random number generator (RNG) is used consistently throughout the day. In addition, Woo has 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption tech to safeguard all sensitive data, including your personal and payment information.

How to Prove Your Identity

As part of their licensing conditions, NZ online casinos agree to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. These are a good thing, and Woo Casino does fulfil their obligations here.

It means they need to be sure who you are. Basically that you’re legit, of legal gambling page, and aren’t doing anything fraudulent. And to confirm all this, you’ll be asked to share some evidence with the site.

You may be asked for:

  • A copy of your ID or passport.
  • Proof of address – usually a utility bill or bank statement from the last three months.
  • Proof of your payment method – such as a partial scan of a bank card or screenshot from inside an e-wallet account.

Upload it onto your profile as soon as you can. You can wait to be prompted, but if you leave it this long, you will find some account features temporarily locked. Particularly withdrawals. And nobody wants that.

Maximum file size is 2MB, and formats accepted are bmp, jpeg, and png.

Responsible Gambling

It speaks heaps how much thought a site puts into responsible gambling. So I was glad to see Woo deliver here.

There are many tools to manage your playtime including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, cooling-off limits, session limits, and self-exclusion if needed. You can change these limits at any time.

If you feel like you need additional support, Woo provides contacts and links to help organisations like Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare, and Gambling Therapy. For the safety of minors, there are also resources like CyberPatrol, GamBlock, Solid Oak Software, and Net Nanny

Licenced in: Curacao

Customer Support

Unfortunately, there’s no dedicated Customer Support page on this site, but help is available. I made use of the live chat and found it was fantastic. I got replies in under two minutes every time, and whoever responded was clear and helpful. There’s also an FAQ section for quick answers to common questions. That said, it could do with some work. Personally, I’d just consult the live chat.

There’s email support too at support@woocasino.comOr use dpo@damacasino.comfor anything data protection related. If you don’t hear back within 10 days, try following up. And remember sometimes emails sneak into the Spam folder.

Woo Casino Review in Summary

Woo is the total package in New Zealand. First off, if you’re into digital currencies, you’re covered. The minimum deposit is a mere $10, seriously, who doesn’t love that? And with a $50,000 monthly withdrawal limit, they are not holding back when it’s cash out time.

When it comes to variety, Woo delivers with its combined sportsbook and the gaming library has its own FAQ section. However, it could use a bit more info on the minimum and maximum wagers for table games and live casino.

The deposit section is also impressive, with enough local payment methods for anyone to jump in. All in all, Woo packs a punch with solid features, great withdrawal limits, and loads of gaming options.

What Surprised Me

The insane $50,000 per month withdrawal limit is a serious chunk of change. I was also impressed by the feedback bonus. It’s not every day you come across a casino that rewards you for sharing your thoughts.

What I Like and Don't Like

Advantages
High ceiling for withdrawals
Generous welcome package
Feedback bonus
Combined casino and sportsbook
Disadvantages
No mobile app
