5 Bonus Spins on Diamond Strike

Aladdin Slots Casino Bonus

With its quirky Arabian nights theme, Aladdin Slots certainly caught my eye. It's owned and run by Jumpman Gaming, who have a long, long list of slot-first sites on their roster. So I guess I came hoping Aladdin Slots wouldn't be more of the same.

There was, of course, only one way to find out. And that was to unturn every stone across the site myself. I tested promos, payment methods, customer support, and more. And now I'm ready to report back in my frank and fair Aladdin Slots review.

Aladdin Slots Bonuses and Promotions

So let's start where we always start. The bonuses.

A glance at the promos page and you can see Aladdin slots are well into their giveaways. This isn't hugely surprising to me, it tends to be the slot sites that go bigger and harder on these. Nevertheless, first impressions here at Aladdin Slots are good. There are only three tabs at the top of the site, and one of these is Promotions. So that tells us a lot about the role that bonuses and prizes play at this site.

Obviously every promo is different. But here are some general tidbits I learned about the site's offers:

  • You do need to add a card to your account before you can claim bonuses. Even any no deposit bonuses.
  • For bonuses that do require a deposit, the minimum is £10 unless otherwise stated. The £10 deposit casino bonus is the standard here.
  • Free spins can only be used on selected slot games.
  • You can't use any bonus while you have a withdrawal pending.
  • You'll lose any active bonuses if you don't log in for seven days.
  • A 65x wagering requirement applies to most promos.
  • The maximum amount you can take home after wagering requirements are complete is equal to lifetime deposits. But is then capped at £250 once you hit that.

Before I look at some specific bonuses, a reminder. Promos can and do change all the time, so the picture may be very different by the time you land at Aladdin Slots. Though I can't see the site shedding its focus on promos anytime soon, so hopefully I can help you get an idea of what to expect.

Welcome Bonus

When I joined Aladdin Slots, the focus on slot games carried through into the welcome package. I got five free spins on a very popular slot title. That might not sound like much, but do bear in my that I got the spins just for signing up. That's right - no deposit needed. It's rare to find a no deposit bonus in the UK these days, so I was pretty charmed by all this. But then on the other side were some pretty stark wagering requirements which were... a lot less charming. There was also a cap on how much I could convert to winnings off the back of these free spins.

Rewards Reel

Not once, but twice. Daily. That's how often you can spin the Rewards Reel at Aladdin Slots Casino.

Your first spin is available between 8:00am and 7:59pm, with the second running for the remainder of the day up until 7:59am the following. As for what you might get, it's very open ended. That's something of a theme with promos at this site. When I tried the Rewards Reel, I mainly got free spins. But I also got multipliers that would build towards a bigger free spins reward come the end of the week.

Code of the Week

I do like a bit of mystery and intrigue. And to be fair, that's what Aladdin Slots' Code of the Week brings. It's an entirely unspecified promotion that refreshes every Monday. But don't be caught thinking you can only play it weekly. In fact, you can come back and claim the same offer across each of the seven days it runs. All you need to do is enter the casino promo code MWHEEL and it's yours to use. Multipliers, matchups, and free spins are the sort of things I got when I used this promo at the site.

Happy Hours

No, you're not going to be chugging cheap cocktails on the 2-4-1. But if you join this site, you will be in with a shot of scooping 500 free spins, just for playing like you usually do. When I was testing the site, the Happy Hours ran from 3pm to 7pm every Wednesday. You don't even need to play during this period, necessarily. You can spin for a prize within the Happy Hours as long as you've funded your account since Monday that week.

Tournaments

From what I could gleam, the site has at least one tournament promo running at any time. If you play any of the participating games, you're automatically entered. You'll take your place on the leaderboard and be in with a chance of taking something from the prize pool when the race is over. The tournament running when I tested the site had a pool of a cool £500,000. That's certainly not small fry.

Aladdin Slots Loyalty Programme

I'll cut straight to the point here. There isn't one.

But honestly, I didn't miss it. The heavy focus on promos and giveaways here means that it all feels like one big loyalty programme. You do get incentives to come back and play. There's just no points to collect or ranks to climb, I guess. If you're used to the senior VIP levels at other sites, you'll be disappointed there are no perks like that here. But if you're a more casual player, there isn't much difference between the lower tiers at most casino sites and what Aladdin Slots do.

I should mention that the site does run a Trophies scheme with levels to climb. Don't mistake this for a loyalty or VIP programme, because it's not. It's really just a number, with a paltry giveaway of one Mega Reel free spin each time you move up. I didn't really bother with it.

Bonus Withdrawal Difficulty

Despite a great raft of promotions, the terms at Aladdin Slots left a sour note. In particular, that 65x wagering requirement is a real issue for me. Bear in mind the industry average lands somewhere in the region of 35-40x, and you see just how high a bar the site are giving us. Honestly, it's disappointing. And it's not the only thing I had an issue with.

My other bugbear is the cap on what you can take home after completing these requirements. After a monumental climb to 65x, you'd like to have something to show for it. But the most you can keep is £250 (or less, if your lifetime deposits haven't hit that yet). That really takes the fun out for me. If I landed some sort of jackpot win, I wouldn't feel great knowing how little of it (if any) I'll get to keep.

This, I suppose, is balanced out by how regular these promos are. If you like lots of offers but don't expect to take much home from them, you'll like Aladdin Slots. Prefer generous promos that put you in with a shot of taking home big money? Then there's little for you here.

Aladdin Slots Game Selection

With just under 4,000 games, Aladdin Slots is a medium sized casino if we're counting by game variety. You won't be surprised to hear that slot titles make up the bulk of the games here. But that's not to say RNG table games and the live casino are neglected. In fact, for a slots-focused casino, I was pretty impressed by what I found within these categories.

The lobby itself is simple but effective. The entire casino can be found under the All Games tab. Then you have the options of a search bar, secondary tabs, or various collections with game icons below. For the RNG table games you'll want the Casino tab, and for the live titles you'll want the Live tab. Otherwise, these tabs are useful for helping you discover new slots. And don't miss the bingo tab, if that's your thing. I rarely play bingo online, but it's nice to see a fully fledged casino site offer it.

Table Games

Three classic games make up the RNG table games library at Aladdin Slots. And you won't be surprised to hear that they are roulette, blackjack, and baccarat. Sadly, there's nothing outside of those. And only one version of baccarat. But roulette and blackjack do, at least, come in a solid selection of variants.

If you like classic versions of these games, go for Low Stakes Roulette or Classic Blackjack. Beyond these, Aladdin Slots Casino offers some unique variations to spice up your gaming experience. Examples include Multi-Wheel Roulette, Double Ball Roulette. and Live Speed Roulette

As for the table games I liked best:

  • Vegas Strip Blackjack
  • Baccarat
  • Vikings Multifire Roulette.

Slots

The clue's in the name. This is a slots site first and foremost. So the vast majority of the thousands of games land in this category.

You'll quickly notice that all the big hitters are here. The first games the lobby points you towards are the Big Bass and Fishin' Frenzy series. Keep scrolling and you'll find collections for cult classics, megaways, and the best new UK slots online. The latter being where I spend a big chunk of my play time. Don't miss Piggy Riches, which has 117,649 ways to win, as well as the Enchanted Prince which has a jackpot of around £2,000 on offer.

You'll also spot the occasional exclusive title in the slots lobby. You'll know it's exclusive because it says so on the game icon. It's weird to me that the site doesn't make more of a thing of this - give these games their own tab or something. So instead you're left to discover them gradually. Either way, I always recommend giving exclusive titles a try.

Three slots I'd have to recommend here are:

  • Raging Waterfall Megaways (Exclusive)
  • Madame Destiny Megaways
  • Tree of Riches.

Live Casino Games

You'd think live casino would be on the backburner at Aladdin Slots. But what's on offer is surprisingly decent.

With over 50 live casino games, you can enjoy the thrill of classic table games like roulette, blackjack, and baccarat. As well as more unique game types like Dragon Tiger and Monopoly Live

Aladdin Slots Casino partners with the leading provider of live casino games, Evolution Gaming. This brings with it access to the highest quality and most innovative live dealer experiences. Evolution Gaming is renowned for its high production values, professional dealers, and interactive features. So you can't fault the decision making here.

Of the live games I tried, I most enjoyed:

  • Immersive Live Roulette
  • Live Infinite Blackjack
  • Live Lightning Roulette

⭐ My Favourite Aladdin Slots Game: Rising Rewards

My standout game has to be Rising Rewards from Triple Edge Studio. The exciting layout and colours make this a really interesting game to play.

Full disclosure. I won prizes in this game, so maybe that's why I felt so good playing it. But what is certifiably great about game is that it caters for a maximum bet of £10 and a minimum bet of 20p. So it really is suitable for all bankrolls.

The jackpot feature is epic. Landing trigger symbols at any point in the game gives you a free spin of the jackpot wheel. There are wild symbols too, along with a free spins multiplier. Ok, the RTP is not one of the highest out there at 92.01%. But the engaging gameplay more than made up for that.

Aladdin Slots on Mobile

I went searching the App Store of my iPhone 15 for anything Aladdin Slots. And I came up empty. I'm reliably informed the same will happen if you try Google's store, too.

I'll be honest, I do prefer to have an app. But most casino browser sites are that good these days that there's not much difference in it. And I'm pleased to tell you that applies here too. While I started out playing at Aladdin Slots on my PC, I really didn't notice much change when I switched to mobile. The site is clearly well optimised for the small screen. And as far as I could tell, there's no noticeable difference in game availability.

Software Providers

There are no real surprises when it comes to software providers at Aladdin Slots. As you'd expect, the lineup leans towards slots-focused providers. And generally, big established names win out against the smaller studios here. Think NetEnt, Games Global, Pragmatic Play, and so on. While that screams reliable, it's also a touch unexciting. You can see the site really pushes the big name games from the industry titans. It'd be nice to see Aladdin Slots offer something that's hard to find elsewhere.

Payment Options

There's a solid variety of payment methods accepted at Aladdin Slots. There aren't stacks of options, but they do cover most bases. Those include debit cards, e-wallets, prepaid cards, and pay by mobile.

Minimum deposit for almost all methods is £10. You can deposit a lower £5 via Pay by Mobile, but all deposits with this method are slapped with a £2.50 fee. So it truly isn't worth it. Please don't do it.

The minimum withdrawal for most payment methods is £20. But don't be fooled. You can withdraw less than this provided your balance drops below £20 and that you want to clear out the full balance in one transaction. To do this, you have to make a request direct to customer support.

Some really disappointing news, though. This casino charges for withdrawals. This is pretty rare to see in the UK and I'm somewhat baffled by it. You'll pay a flat £2.50 fee on every withdrawal you make. So it's worth bearing in mind how to best manage your withdrawals. You'll keep more of your own money if you make fewer and bigger withdrawal requests compared with more regular and smaller ones.

How soon you'll get your money is better news. Aladdin Slots don't hang around, and process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours. From there, how long you wait depends on the payment method. E-wallets are virtually instant. So you should get your money in around 24 hours total when using Neteller, Skrill, or PayPal. Whereas bank card withdrawals can take several days after processing.

How to Sign Up and Deposit

I have no issues getting set up at Aladdin Slots. It was all very straightforward and familiar. Here's how it goes:

  • Hit the Visit Site button on this page. You'll be taken direct to Aladdin Slots.
  • Tap the Claim Bonus button on the holding page. This well ensure you scoop up that welcome package.
  • Fill out the registration form. You'll need to provide things like your name, email address, and a date of birth. You can skip this step by logging in with an existing PayPal account instead.
  • Choose a username and password. This is the final step for registration. Hit join now when you're done.
  • Verify your account (if needed). You may be asked to do an initial verification check. This will involve a code being sent via the email address or mobile number you provided. Simply enter the code back on the site.
  • Head for the cashier. You're now in! Payments are handled in your account area in the top right hand corner.
  • Choose Deposit, then select a payment method and enter an amount. The minimum required will be £10 here, and that will unlock any bonuses.

Customer Safety

Safety first? Right. Thankfully, I'm here and happy to assure you that Aladdin Slots is safe. And I've a number of reasons for doing so.

Most obvious is that the site holds a licence from the United Kingdom Gambling Commission. This is one of the world's best regarded regulators of gambling, and they certainly don't hand out a licence to just anyone. There are strict conditions to getting and maintaining the accreditation. This includes transparency, works to prevent fraud, and games that are truly fair.

Games at Aladdin Slots Casino are powered by Random Number Generators (RNGs) that ensure fair and unbiased gameplay. RNGs are certified by independent testing agencies, such as eCogra, to ensure that they operate correctly. This means that the outcome of every game is truly random and cannot be manipulated by the casino or any other party.

Finally, the site uses the latest encryption technology to protect your personal and financal data. This means it's out of sight or reach of any third parties. Plus all that data is protected under the site's privacy policy.

How to Prove Your Identity

To comply with gambling regulations and licence conditions, Aladdin Slots Casino requires us to verify our identities. This falls under Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, designed to protect both the casino and us players.

When you'll be expected to do this is unclear. Each site has different triggers that they aren't entirely clear about. But it will eventually happen if you stick around here, maybe even on your first withdrawal request. So be prepared and complete it ASAP. Otherwise your account could be frozen temporarily.

Thankfully, it's not too much fuss. When told to, you'll go to an upload portal and provide copies of the following documents:

  • Government-issued ID such as a passport or driving licence.
  • Proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months.

The site reserves the right to request further evidence, which may include partial copies of cards.

Responsible Gambling

You can read a lot from how a casino site handles responsible gambling. This is very much a factor you should judge on.

So I was pleased to see Aladdin Slots do well at this. There's a raft of tools outlined on a dedicated Responsible Gaming page. It opens with a questionnaire to help you assess your gambling behaviours. Then moves on to outlining the tools in full.

Initially there are deposit limits. They can be set daily, weekly, or monthly at any level of your choosing. It would be nice to see the option of loss and wager limits at some point, but deposit limits are the most important. There's also self-exclusion and Take a Break. These are available on request and will render your account inaccessible for a period of your choosing. Take a Break can be applied for a day, week, month, or any period after that up to six weeks. Meanwhile, self-exclusion is for spans of six months or above. You should know that both these schemes will apply across all Jumpman Gaming sites, not just Aladdin Slots.

At the bottom of the page are links to external organisations for further support.

Customer Support

I couldn't fault the customer support at Aladdin Slots. It's solid all round. The casino's agents are knowledgeable and friendly, and always seemed happy to help. Response times are generally fast. And the casino offers a variety of support options to suit the whims of we, the loyal player.

Of those options, live chat is your best bet. It's available round the clock from inside your account, and responses come in minutes. Sometimes in under a minute for me. You can get in touch by email too, and the site terms say you can expect a response within 24 hours. That impressed me. A lot of sites go wide on that, and suggest you might wait days and days. A 24-hour commitment shows that Aladdin Slots are serious about customer support.

There's no help centre or FAQs hub at Aladdin Slots - or at least I couldn't find one. That doesn't bother me personally. Unless it's all really well done, FAQ areas are often a waste of time.

Aladdin Slots Review in Summary

I feel conflicted about Aladdin Slots. On the one hand, if you're all about slots and giveaways, it feels like there's loads to love. This is a proudly slot-first casino that puts out so many promos that you begin to lose track. But then you look at the bonus terms and it comes unstuck. Between high wagering requirements and caps on winnings, it's not long before the party gets crashed.

It's frustrating because Aladdin Slots does get a lot of the basics right. The site looks good and is easy to navigate, on all devices. There's a good but not overwhelming variety of games. Withdrawals are processed nice and quickly. And then the party gets crashed again by that £2.50 charge on all withdrawals.

It's frustrating. A lot more generosity would go a long, long way at Aladdin Slots. These are small and quick things to fix, and would allow an otherwise solid slots site to rise the ranks.

For now, I'd recommend Aladdin Slots as a slick and well built slots platform. If you're looking for more of a full package, it's not quite there yet.

What Surprised Me

That this site has exclusive titles! I say surprised because I only discovered this way, way down the line. They don't make a song and dance about these games at all, when they really ought to.

What I Like and Don't Like

Advantages
Promos and giveaways to claim every single day
Exclusive slot titles (when you can find them)
Very responsive customer support
Disadvantages
Terms on bonuses really crash the party
Charge applied every time you withdrawal
Limited variety for RNG table games

What is the minimum deposit at Aladdin Slots?

The minimum deposit for Aladdin Slots depends on the payment method you are using. For most payment methods, the minimum deposit is £10. This is about average for online casinos in the UK. Most of the promos here require a £10 deposit to activate, too.
