White Hat Gaming launched Barz in 2021; since then, it has gone from strength to strength. The games lobby is larger than ever, and so are the bonuses! In this Barz casino review, we’ll take a look at why those bonuses are worth claiming and which games you’ll find in this bumper catalogue.

Only bonus funds count towards wagering contribution.
Barz focuses mostly on its welcome bonus but does run occasional promos for existing players. Let’s take a look at how this all works.
Barz always offers a welcome bonus, which is typically pretty hefty! You’ll usually get a deposit match bonus up to a maximum of several hundred pounds, plus a bunch of free spins to use on a selected game.
On my visit, Barz ran a weekly bonus scheme that awards a share of £500 to every tenth player. You’ll need to have wagered at least £100 a week to be eligible. The more you play, the better your chances of getting randomly picked to win the prize.
Another promo I found at Barz is called Bonus Wheel. All you have to do is make a deposit, and then you can spin the wheel once a day to win stuff like free spins, bonus funds, or a deposit match offer.
Barz has a solid loyalty programme you’re enrolled into upon signing up. You score 500 ‘barz’ (or loyalty points) when you make your first deposit.
From then on, you get up to two 'barz' points every time you wager £10, regardless of the outcome of your bet. Here's what you get per game type:
Once you reach 1,000 points, you can exchange them for bonus funds. 1,000 points equals £5 for you to use on the site. With your bonus funds, you need to wager 40 times (within 30 days) before you can withdraw them.
The wagering requirements are the biggest hurdle to overcome. Typically, these sit at 40x for most Barz bonuses, except free spins. With the welcome bonus, you’ll usually have to complete the wagering for the bonus and deposit amounts. This effectively doubles the wagering to 80x which is pretty unfair.
You get 72 hours to use bonus spins and 30 days to use funds from a deposit bonus, which is pretty generous, so no complaints on time scales. There usually aren't any win caps on Barz bonuses, except for bonus spins, where there's typically a £20 cap.
Also, remember that only slots, scratchcards, and keno contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Other games do not contribute at all!
Barz focuses heavily on slot games, with dozens of great providers joining the ranks. But there’s also a decent selection of live dealer and table games, which is nice.
It would be great to have a more sophisticated filtering system, as currently, you can only sort by provider or game type, making that massive slots catalogue feel impenetrable.
Barz has a total of 70 table games including all of the usual suspects: roulette, blackjack, craps, and baccarat. Roulette and blackjack make up the vast majority of the table games catalogue; notably, there are no poker options.
Barz Casino offers over 2,500 slot games, which is a decent amount. Sure, there are bigger catalogues out there, but even the most prolific slots player would have a tough time trying out every game in this huge collection!
The casino splits its slots into Drops & Wins, Big Bass, New, and Popular, which feel slightly random but work quite well. It would be great to see a section dedicated to progressive jackpots.
You can find the usual suspects from these top providers: Pragmatic Play, Playn’ Go, Nolimit City, ELK Studios, Spinomenal - the list goes on and on.
Barz offers 95 live dealer games, mainly focusing on Pragmatic Play and Evolution titles. Interestingly, there are also dozens of games from On Air, a less famous but still a great provider.
Though the bulk of the catalogue remains blackjack and roulette, poker players will be relieved to find several live dealer options. You’ll also find a bunch of great Game Show titles like Monopoly Live, Crazy Time, and Travel Fever.
Barz Casino doesn’t have a dedicated mobile app, but they have an excellent mobile site. The site works perfectly on your mobile browser, with buttons and sidebars resized and optimised for mobile use.
The only filtering option at Barz is to filter by provider, so it’s easy to see who's who. Below are some big names:
There’s a £20 minimum deposit across the board at Barz. The following are the different payment types available, each offering instant deposits.
Notably, there are several prepaid card options, which is pretty unusual! However, it’s a great way to manage your bankroll and a nice option if you don’t want to share sensitive banking information online.
In terms of withdrawals, you can withdraw using payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, Instant Bank Transfer, or Neteller. It may take around three business days to receive your withdrawal, so bear this in mind if you plan to cash out on weekends.
The signup process at Barz is super straightforward; just follow the steps below:
Barz is a brand managed by White Hat Gaming Limited. These guys have plenty of experience in the online casino industry and have dozens of sites to their name. They are licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under number 52894 and the Malta Gaming Authority under MGA/B2C/370/2017.
Barz is serious about responsible gambling. They give you plenty of info about their tools before you sign up and even a quick summary after.
The KYC(Know Your Customer) procedure is efficient, beginning with the signup process, where your details are automatically verified (if they can be). Then, you need to upload an ID.
Proving your identity is simple; just head to your account (via the three purple bars in the top left-hand corner). Next, click ‘my details’ and upload your ID documents. You’ll need a recent proof of address and your passport or driving licence.
The casino will get you to read a short paragraph on the importance of gambling responsibly as soon as you sign up. At the bottom there’s a link to the various tools available, including:
Barz has two ways to contact the customer support team: email or live chat. Support usually gets back to you pretty quickly, in a couple of hours, but it may take up to two days. , but it can take up to two days. Live chat works around the clock and offers great help in minutes.
Barz has a large game library that will appeal to slot and live casino fans alike. The RNG table game section felt a little left behind; it would be great to see a poker option. The bonuses page was pretty strong, especially the daily win wheel. However, reading the wagering requirements for the welcome bonus did make me wince!
The customer care was what stood out here. If you value talking to a human and being in total control of their play, you will love what Barz has to offer.
It was a lovely surprise to see a casino put so much focus on customer care. Their support team was helpful (and available 24/7), and I thought the responsible gambling tools were excellent. The option to pay via prepaid card was also a nice touch, especially for those conscious of sharing bank details online.
The minimum deposit for Barz is £20 for all payment methods. This is a little higher than many other online casinos, with some offering minimum deposits as low as just a few quid. However, the choice of payment providers makes up for the slight hike in the minimum deposit amount.
Barz claims to have the same payout time, a maximum of 3 business days, for whichever payment method you choose. So, if you request a withdrawal on a Friday evening, you may only get it on Wednesday evening. However, I found it to be much quicker, especially when using Trustly.
Yes, Barz takes customer security seriously. They operate with a licence from the UK Gambling Commission. Plus, they don’t store your identification documents at all, once they’ve been used to verify your identity. And any information they do store is properly encrypted.
Yes, definitely. Barz is operated by White Hat Gaming, which has been operating for years. The brand has more than a dozen online casinos, and it is licensed in the UK by the UK Gambling Commission and remotely by the Malta Gaming Authority.
The minimum withdrawal from Barz is £20, but you should note that you cannot withdraw using their prepaid card options (Neosurf, Paysafecard, or Cash2Code). It’s quickest and easiest to withdraw via your bank account, or using Trustly as an intermediary.
You can contact Barz 24/7 via their live chat. Just enter your PIN or confirm your name and address to connect to a live chat agent. Alternatively, if you don’t need a reply in a rush, you can contact them via their email address: support@barz.com. They should reply within 48 hours, but usually much quicker.
