Hot Streak Casino is a relatively new addition to the casino landscape, having been founded in 2021. I’d noticed this site getting its fair share of buzz, so knew it was time to check it out.
I know little else about Hot Streak, so I’m heading into this as blindly as you might be. I’d got wind of some good promos, but that’s about it. Stick around for my Hot Streak Casino review where I share all my frank and unfiltered feedback. And by the end, I’ll declare whether Hot Streak does (or doesn’t!) bring the fire.

Bonuses are obviously a big draw for any casino site, so I approached Hot Streak’s with inquisitiveness and an open mind. And I was pleasantly surprised by what I found.
Some online casinos find their lane and then stick to it. But not Hot Streak. Even in the welcome packages alone, they offer many different bonus types to suit all kinds of us players. And from what I saw, the stuff for those who stick around is just as wide ranging.
Let me run through a taster of what I found at the site. Remember that I’m only describing what was available at the time of writing. You may find that the promos have changed by the time you get there.
It’s rare that I get to talk about a site’s welcome package in the plural. But Hot Streak give you the freedom to choose from no less than four welcome bonus options when I checked. I should point out that means you choose one, not that you can loop back and claim all five. Such is life.
These options covered all bases. There’s a purely free spins promo, one for cashback, another that combines the two, and then a bonus funds arrangement. There’s also an extra bung on top for downloading the app.
From what I could gleam, Hot Streak do a good job of ensuring us returning players feel rewarded. There always seemed to be something or other going down to keep me around.
To give you some idea what I found at the time of this review:
Pretty impressive, in the round. I’m also told the site love dishing out seasonal promos, for example at Christmas and Halloween. But there was no such occasion around the time of my review, so I can’t tell you much more.
Hot Streak Casino lays claim to the motto: where loyalty gets rewarded. That’s a tall one. The minute I read that I rightfully began to expect big things.
So I was slightly baffled, then, not to find a proper loyalty scheme. The site talks the language of one, but doesn’t set goals or tiers that we can work towards to unlock the next loot.
Maybe I’m being a little harsh. It wasn’t long before I understood what the site meant by rewarding loyalty. It seems they absolutely love dishing out giveaways, pretty much on the random. You can expect drops of match bonuses, win boosts, free spins, and even cash prizes when you play here. It’s a million miles from your classic tiered VIP programme, but if you’re more the spontaneous type, you’ll love it.
There’s nothing worse than a great bonus being followed up with sky-high wagering requirements. So how do Hot Streak do?
The answer is a mixed picture. The site has no fixed wagering requirement, and it depends entirely on the bonus at the time. As an average, they seem to require 30x to 40x before the funds become withdrawable. That’s around or a little above the industry average. So neither worthy of my scorn nor celebration.
It does mean that you should look at the terms of each Hot Streak bonus very carefully before deciding whether it’s for you. I’d recommend so anyway, but it especially applies here.
If you’re looking for a games lobby that never seems to end, Hot Streak might not be for you. At just shy of 700 titles by my count, this is a smaller library than most. And they're virtually all video slot games.
Personally, I don’t like to let that put me off. Realistically, how long is it going to take me to try hundreds of games? I could still play here for months and not get bored. It’s a cliché, but I’d rather see quantity over quality.
Thankfully, on that metric, Hot Streak does much better.
My first port of call is always the table games area. Well it would have been, if there was one here.
Instead I found I had to pick out the RNG table titles in among their live dealer counterparts, which was a tricker task than you might think.
I counted no more than 25 games in total, which is a bit disappointing. All the usual bases were covered at least, with roulette and blackjack making up the majority. But you will have to go elsewhere if you want backgammon, bingo, or craps online.
I had a play at and enjoyed:
While Hot Streak Casino is a bit of a letdown with table games, it soon makes it up to us in slots. It shouldn’t come as a surprise really – most sites of this size and calibre put all their eggs in this particular basket.
I spotted a solid selection of titles from some genuinely top-class providers. Pragmatic Play’s Big Bass Bonanza and NetEnt’s Starburst are both in the Welcome Slots section. Suitably so, as these are great starter games. In fact, even setting aside your level of experience, the Welcome Slots area is a great place to start at Hot Streak. All the biggest and best games seem to be complied here, including favourites of mine like:
As I mentioned before, the live casino area here is strangely bungled in with a load of RNG-based titles. Still, the majority of games in the section are at least live, though there are again very few compared to other sites. I counted a total of 34 live titles on my visit, with games like roulette and sic bo being well represented. What was really disappointing is a total lack of live gameshows.
Despite that, I managed to make time for:
I’m probably treading well covered ground here, but I do hold a special place for this Pragmatic Play slot. A sky high RTP of 96.71% can’t be overlooked, but it’s the game’s high volatility that I really love. You’ve probably already played it countless times before. But if you haven’t, Hot Streak is an excellent place to give it a go, especially when you choose the free spins version of their welcome package.
There is a Hot Streak app available in both the iOS and Android stores. I downloaded it to my trusty iPhone 13 Pro and it was installed almost instantly.
Far and above the promos and game selection, this might be the first time I was really impressed with Hot Streak. It’s a well-designed little app that caries the site’s brand really nicely. It doesn’t hide the fact it’s extremely slot-centric, but the site itself is, so it’s an honest reflection.
The best bit? There are exclusive promos for those who download and play via the app. These are subject to change of course. But I managed to get a cache of free spins on Big Bass Bonanza just for downloading and depositing via the app, on top of the other welcome offers. I've rarely seen this with casino mobile apps, so colour me impressed.
If you’d prefer to play in your mobile browser, that works too. I certainly didn’t encounter any issues. But it did feel a bit less slick and smooth versus playing in the app.
There’s no good casino without good software providers. And while I’ve expressed disappointment at the quantity of games at Hot Streak, there’s no question about quality.
A really solid selection of industry names are represented here. There are those you’d expect, like Pragmatic Play and Play’n Go what with their huge hit slot titles. But keep an eye out for some of the smaller and newer names, including Habanero.
Being a relatively recent arrival, you’d expect Hot Streak to do well for payment options. Usually older and more established sites are slow on the uptake. Whereas newer sites are more in-tune with the many ways people now.
On that basis I was a bit disappointed. Visa and Mastercard are there as you’d expect. But from there it’s only a narrow selection of e-wallets offered as any sort of alternative. There’s apparently a pay by phone casino service provided by Fonix, but I can’t say I’ve ever heard of this brand.
It’s a bit name not to see Apple Pay and Google Pay here. Nor any hint of crypto transactions coming into play.
Minimum withdrawal here is £10. The same applies to deposits, which is pretty standard. Most sites are £10 deposit casinos these days.
The site’s FAQs page is pretty pessimistic about withdrawal times. It warns that withdrawals take up to 48 hours to be reviewed, and then a further one to five working days to land in your account. In other words, you could be waiting up to a week to get your money. But think of this as a worst-case scenario.
Generally, payments are a lot faster than that, with PayPal being the quickest method. I got my withdrawal this way inside of 24 hours from when I requested it. All other methods will take two days minimum.
Something I really didn’t like about withdrawals is that Hot Streak charge a £1.50 fee if your withdrawal is under £30. I’ve seen this done before, but that’s an unusually high bar. It feels pretty harsh.
I didn’t have any difficulties when signing up and depositing at Hot Streak. Here’s how the process went:
You’ve now created an account. Depending on the details you provided, you may need to verify your account before you can deposit and play. If so, you’ll have the option to collect a code either via text or email. Once you’ve got it, simply enter it on the Hot Streak site as instructed.
From there, you’ll be ready to make a deposit. Head to the cashier area in the top right corner. Choose your payment method, enter an amount, and confirm. Remember you may need to clear the transaction with the payment provider itself.
As a UK resident, you’ll be safe as houses when playing at Hot Streak Casino. For one, they’re licensed and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commission (RGL No.125). But perhaps more importantly to us, they’re also fully signed up with the UK Gambling Commission (Ref #57869). This is the most basic of stuff, but it is important.
From there, I can see other green flags when it comes to safety and trust. There’s the eCOGRA logo there in the site footer. That tells us that Hot Streak has its games audited by this external organisation. They ensure games are fair, with genuinely random outcomes and reasonable chances of winning. So far so good.
UK casinos are expected by law to know and confirm who you are. That you’re old enough to gamble and that your money is legitimate. It’s called Know Your Customer (or KYC) requirements.
Usually, a site can get the confirmation it needs through your payment method of choice. But if things don’t match up, you may need to prove your identity manually.
Most casinos wait for your first withdrawal before putting their KYC procedure on you. But not Hot Streak Casino. After you finish signing up, you can immediately start the process. In the footer, there’s a dedicated link to the verification page. I always recommend getting this done as soon as possible.
You’ll need to prove your identity with name, date of birth, and address displayed on one or a combination of the following:
Once your docs are sent off, the casino will review and approve as soon as possible. I’m told within 48 hours.
You can tell what a casino really thinks of us players by how seriously it takes responsible gambling. The good news is that Hot Streak seemed to do well here.
The Safer Gambling area is easy to find in the footer. I was immediately met with a whole hub for advice, including easy-to-find sections for each of the available responsible gambling tools. I could take a self-assessment, check my account history, and put reality checks in as often as every five minutes.
There’s also access to daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, as well as cooling-off periods at intervals of up to six weeks.
I was immediately pleased to find a live chat option at Hot Streak. This has become par for the course at UK sites, so this got things off on the right note.
I can also speak highly of the FAQs area, which is well stocked with reasonably detailed answers. Still, you’ll want to go straight to live chat if you need support with something specific. I found the team were helpful and knowledgeable, so came away with no complaints around customer support.
Strangely, you can also get support via text at +447360275976. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a casino do this before. And I’m not sure why you’d bother when live chat is available on the site or app. Still, it’s nice to see a site give us options, I guess.
Hot Streak does so much well but middles in other areas. Promos are fun and well varied, and while the approach to rewards is a bit scattergun, it did feel generous once I’d played here a while.
Those looking for endless thousands of games are in the wrong place for sure. But the titles that are here reflect some of the best names in the industry.
But then I look to a narrow selection of payment methods, and that pesky charge on all withdrawals under £30. And suddenly I’m a little disheartened.
There’s a lot to like about Hot Streak Casino, and those rewards do keep things fresh and exciting if you stick around. I just wish they’d get a couple of the basics right and complete the package first, so to speak.
I was surprised on the upside by the rewards. On the downside, the £1.50 fee for withdrawals under £30 is not the best look.
The minimum deposit at Hot Streak Casino is £10 for all payment methods. That’s pretty standard across the industry and is reasonable. Just bear in mind that you may need to deposit more than this to unlock certain promotions and bonuses.
Technically, the site warns that all withdrawals can take as many as seven days to come to you. But that’s very much on the extreme end of things. PayPal withdrawals can be processed in under 24 hours, while all other methods take around two days on average.
Yes, you’re in safe hands with Hot Streak Casino. The site was put together just a few years ago and they use the very latest in SSL technology to ensure that all your data is safe. This casino is fully licensed, so has to meet its obligations around handling and protecting data.
Yes, Hot Streak casino is legit. It’s licensed and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commission (RGL No.125) as well as the UK Gambling Commission (Ref #57869). The site also partners with eCOGRA for third-party games testing. They ensure all games are fair, with a reasonable chance of winning and genuinely random outcomes.
The minimum withdrawal for Hot Streak Casino is £10. On the face of it, this seems very fair. However there is a fee associated with low withdrawals. You will be charged a flat £1.50 fee any time you withdraw a value below £30.
The quickest way to get in touch with Hot Streak Casino is via their live chat, available both in-app and on-site. Responses come through in under two minutes. You should check the FAQs area for common questions, while you can also reach the casino via text at +447360275976.
