If you’re a sportsbook user then there’s a lot on offer at McLuck, but if you’re a casino player then the choice is more limited. In fact, during my tests I could only find one welcome bonus to claim. With that said, it came with super transparent bonus terms and was well worth claiming.
The welcome bonus at MrLuck Casino tends to come as a package of spins and a deposit match bonus. The deposit match is credited on your first deposit and the spins are credited on your second. The spins are typically available to use on one game only, usually a popular title such as Big Bass Bonanza.
Tip:
Both parts of the welcome bonus require a minimum deposit of £20 to qualify, which is higher than the sitewide minimum, so do keep that in mind!
The wagering on winnings from free spins is 35x which is a little above average, but not hugely so. The deposit bonus also has a wagering requirement of 35x. Table games and live casino games don’t count towards the wagering, so bonuses are better suited to slots players.
Deposit match bonuses expire after 21 days, which is quite a generous amount of time, whereas free spins expire after 24 hours, a little on the stingy side.
MrLuck Casino has around 3,000 games, with most belonging to the slots category. While the table game category was disappointing and game filtering left a lot to be desired, the strength of the slots category will likely make up for this for most players.
The table game selection at McLuck Casino is difficult to find and fairly small. A better filtering system would be such a welcome improvement here, as at present, the only ways to filter are by Live Casino, Slots, a selection of sub-slot categories, and the search bar. This makes it super difficult to find table games, as you’ve got to type in the name of what you’re after, and cross your fingers that they have it.
With that said, Games Global provides a handful roulette titles, that you can find just by typing in ‘roulette’ and scrolling through the live dealer options. I enjoyed playing:
Slots make up the vast majority of the catalogue at McLuck Casino, a little over 2,500 games in total. These are divided into categories like Popular, New, Drops & Wins, and Jackpots. So compared to the rest of the catalogue, it’s pretty easy finding your way around.
The jackpots slot section isn’t massive, but does have some brilliant titles that progressive jackpot fans will love. By exploring the categories I found a few slots I’d really recommend:
Tip:
You can open up slot games to find out about RTP and check out the look and feel of the games, but at the moment it’s not possible to play in demo mode.
There are around 130 live dealer games at McLuck Casino, largely from Evolution Gaming, but with a few titles from Games Global peppered in too. The blackjack section is the most expansive part of the catalogue, but there’s plenty of choice for roulette and baccarat enthusiasts too, not to mention game shows.
It would’ve been really helpful to have better filtering in the live casino section. While you can type ‘roulette’ into the search bar, it brings up both RNG table games and live casino games, which is a little frustrating. However, after fiddling with the search bar for a while, I came across some great titles including:
Mr Luck Casino only has a mobile app for Android users. This is super easy to download (straight from the site or Google Play Store). But, if you’re an iPhone user don’t worry. It’s clear from the off that this is a mobile first site. You can access all of the same games easily, from menus that fit perfectly on a smaller screen.
Mr Luck partners with dozens of top software providers. Being a white label casino, it has access to an enormous number of studios, despite only having been launched recently. Some of the more prevalent providers include:
MrLuck Casino has a really strong selection of payment methods, so whether you want to pay by bank transfer, debit card, e-wallet, or prepaid card, you’re catered for. There’s a wallet friendly minimum of £10 for both deposits and withdrawals too.
It would be great to see a crypto option added and perhaps for some of the payout times to be shaved down a little, but overall, this couldn’t be a much more solid payments section.
Signing up and getting started at MrLuck took me two minutes at most. It’s a super easy sign up process, here’s how to do it.
MrLuck Casino is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under licence number 39483. AG Communications Ltd is the company that operates MrLuck alongside 86 other casino domains. Having the backing of such a large company is always a comfort when trying out a new site for the first time.
While the KYC process at MrLuck Casino is quick, there’s very little help on which documents to submit, so let me help you out with that!
MrLuck Casino clearly takes responsible gambling seriously. You’re asked to set deposit and time limits as soon as you’ve finished the sign up process, but also let you decide these later on in your account settings.
You can also self exclude and set a time out, all within your account settings. You’re free to look at your account history (including deposits, wins, and losses). There’s also a self assessment test that you can take on the responsible gambling page, along with links to organisations that can help you.
The customer support on offer at Mr Luck casino is a little lacklustre. The only way to contact the team is via an email form that can be found on the Contact Us page. In fairness, my question was answered in 4 hours and appeared to be answered by a real human rather than a bot. However, it’s always preferable to have a live chat option.
Their FAQ page is super comprehensive, so it’s well worth checking this out as more often than not you’ll be able to find the answer to your question here.
Mr Luck Casino has the feeling of a much more well established brand with its huge catalogue and top quality providers. Having the backing of a company like Aspire Global means that you benefit from the generosity and slick UI of a brand new casino, but with the experience of a much more well-established brand. This is clear in the approach to responsible gambling too, where it’s easy to set your own limits, check your spend, and find help if you need it.
It was a little disappointing to only be able to contact customer support via email form, though the staff on hand to answer emails were very helpful and the FAQ is so extensive here that most people will find all answers there. The game filtering was totally lacking too, which was the biggest gripe for me. It would be nice to see a table games filter included and perhaps the option to filter by provider too. However, the filtering that exists for slot games is excellent, letting you look through some of the most popular mechanics, as well as titles newly added to the site.
Overall, those looking for a totally safe, UKGC licensed casino with fair payments and a decent welcome bonus will not be disappointed. The quality of games on offer is excellent - and so is the quantity!
It’s always a pleasant surprise to see such a beefy game selection in such a new casino. I always like seeing a live casino section packed with Evolution Gaming titles, and it was great to explore the ‘New Slots’ section to see how regularly the site is being updated.
You can deposit a minimum of £10 across any of the payment types at MrLuck Casino. Remember though, if you want to claim a bonus then the minimum qualifying deposit is often higher, so check before making your payment to avoid disappointment.
The time taken to complete a withdrawal at MrLuck Casino varies depending on the payment provider that you choose. On the whole, e-wallets like PayPal, Skrill, and MuchBetter are the fastest taking anywhere from a couple of hours to 2 days. Bank transfers and debit cards are the longest, taking up to 6 days.
Yes, MrLuck is operated by a huge umbrella company who have great safety mechanisms in place. All of their games are independently tested for fairness. All payment providers are safe, and all data is properly encrypted. This is one of the biggest benefits of choosing a UKGC licensed casino.
Yes, MrLuck Casino is operated by AG Communications Limited, a well known company who are based in Malta but licensed by the UKGC under account number 39483. They have 87 registered domains with the UKGC and a clean track record too, meaning that as well as plenty of experience, they’re a name you can trust.
MrLuck offers minimum withdrawals of just £10. This is on the lower end of the scale, meaning that even if you’re on a budget, you’ll be able to cash out your winnings. Remember that if you use Paysafecard to deposit then you’ll need to link your bank account to receive withdrawals there.
The only way to contact MrLuck Casino is through the email form. You can find this by clicking ‘Contact Us’ in the footer of every page. The team aim to respond to your query within 24 hours. If you’ve got a common query, it’s often fastest to check out the FAQ.
