Experience
Around 2014, I was tired of my 10 am to 6 pm job that looked the same every day – punch out the clock and go home. I decided to go abroad in search of a better life – destination: MALTA!
First job: Customer Support. If you played at a casino around 2014-2016 and had an issue, we might have talked on the phone or live chat. This is how many of us started in iGaming. Next step up the ladder: Affiliate Manager at a casino operator. That’s where I realized many casinos pay for positive reviews – not cool, guys… not cool!
Very soon, I jumped to the other side of the fence and started working on a comparison website. It was a great time, and I learned so much about the industry. I was happy, but in iGaming, there’s a third side to the coin 😉, and I wanted to discover it. That’s how I joined a “Network” – a type of company that connects comparison websites with casino operators – a classic middleman scenario.
