Crown Sydney is large and spacious. I found multiple gaming floors, including the Crystal Room and the more exclusive Mahogany floor. With 160 tables, electronic machines, and private salons, there's plenty of room to enjoy the VIP gaming experience.
The hotel at Crown Sydney is luxurious, offering upscale accommodations for guests. With elegant rooms, modern amenities, and impeccable service, it ensures a comfortable and indulgent stay. I experienced luxury and sophistication throughout my stay at the casino hotel.
As I entered the Crown Sydney lobby, I was met with the standard checks and screenings, but what truly caught my eye was the breathtaking sight of an enormous Czech-made crystal chandelier hanging overhead. It stretched nearly 8 meters and shimmered with 396 crystal blades, casting a mesmerizing glow throughout the lobby.
Standing tall at 275 meters, Crown Sydney proudly claimed its title as the tallest hotel in Sydney, its exterior adorned with over 8,000 glass panels that sparkled in the sunlight. Inside, the elegance continued with a sophisticated blend of stone and marble textures, with over 50 different types of stone meticulously incorporated into the hotel's design.
Crown Sydney surpassed expectations when it comes to accommodation. My stay in the executive king suite was nothing short of luxurious. From the plush furnishings to the luxurious amenities, every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a memorable stay.

The casino staff at Crown Sydney are friendly and helpful. When I needed directions to the Crystal Room on my first visit, a staff member walked me there, ensuring I didn't get lost. They even offered suggestions for dining options nearby.
The Crown Sydney Casino dealers are knowledgeable about the games. While playing Blackjack, the dealer helped me understand the rules when I was unsure about splitting pairs which enabled me to make the right decision.
Crown Sydney Casino is exempted from smoking bans on not just one, but four separate floors. Smoking is allowed in the "High Roller" areas on the ground floor, level one of the casino, and levels 29 and 39 of Crown Towers.
Now, here's something interesting - Crown happens to be the only Poker machine venue in Victoria where smoking is permitted. Pretty crazy, right?

From the Aqua Retreat area to bespoke treatments like the Subtle Energies facial, I found myself drifting into a state of blissful tranquillity.
Getting help at Crown Sydney is easy. Once, when my card got stuck in a machine, I called customer service. The rep quickly arrived, fixed the issue, and even showed me how to prevent it.
Yes, there are ATMs in the casino. I found about four ATMs spread across the gaming floor, providing convenient access to cash for players.

There are 14 food and drink spots to choose from at Crown Sydney, ranging from fancy fine dining to cosy bars. If you're in the mood for some drinks, Hickory Bar at Woodcut is the place to be. When it comes to dinner, Nobu is where it's at.
Epicurean is the go-to spot for breakfast, with a buffet spread that'll make your head spin (in a good way, of course). Nine different kitchens constantly dish out diverse cuisines, from Western to Asian. Get this – breakfast is included in your stay! But if you're not staying over, you can still swing by for a brekkie for just $48.
The food doesn't stop there. Lunch and dinner at Epicurean are equally a delightful affair, starting from $88 and $145, respectively. Now, let's talk Italian. A’Mare, brought to you by Alessandro Pavoni, is on a mission to be the best classical Italian joint in Australia. They even make pesto right at your table – how cool is that?
Keep your eyes peeled for Core as well, Clare Smyth's much-anticipated restaurant that opened at Crown Sydney in the summer of 2021. They've also got all sorts of spirits like Bacardi, Captain Morgan, and Don Julio tequila. If you're into liqueurs, they've got Kahlúa and Baileys too – talk about options!
But wait, there's more! Beer lovers rejoice because they've got Crown Lager and some international favourites like Asahi and Corona. Cider fans can enjoy a glass of Pure Blonde Organic Apple Cider to quench their thirst.
