Since my aim while playing Lightning Dice was to enjoy a more extended playtime rather than chase wins, I wagered on 10 or 11, 9 or 12, and 8 or 13, making it three bets. From my discovery, the 10 or 11 bet pays 4:1, the 9 or 12 payout is 5:1, while the 8 or 13 pays 6:1. 

All three bets have a 50x chance of multipliers being applied. If I get a winner every five rounds, I’ll break even.
