My first thought when I checked out 24’s promos page was there’s a lot going on here. And even that feels like an understatement looking back. I’ve rarely seen a site have so many offers going on at once, and I wasn’t quite sure what to make of it. 

Quality over quantity, the saying goes. Having lots of bonuses doesn’t necessarily mean they’re any good for us. So allow me to run through some of these in a bit more detail.

Remember that promos can and will change at any time. There’s no promise you’ll get any of the offers I describe, but hopefully I can give you a taste of what to expect at 24Casino.

Welcome Bonus

I wanted to claim the welcome package and found that a €20 deposit was enough to unlock the offer. Bitcoin's minimum deposit is 0.0002 BTC, though I went fiat. 

I found that I’d be rewarded across each of my first four deposits. That included a deposit match and a bundle of free spins each time. The numbers fluctuated but it seemed pretty generous all the way through. That said, all the usual terms did apply, and they looked something like this:

• The maximum single wager was €5 or 0.00012 BTC. 
• There was a 40x wagering requirement to meet, close to the average for Irish casinos.
• Wins were capped at €5,000 for deposit bonuses, and €1,000 from free spins.
• I had five days to complete the wagering requirements, which is tight.

High Roller Bonuses 

High rollers get some special treatment at 24Casino, which is great to see. If you’re the type who makes big deposits, you’ll be eligible to claim it. The promo I found came in two parts, with a deposit match and free spins bundle given out across your two (hefty) deposits.

It’s rare to see a casino do something specific for high rollers outside of a VIP scheme. So this wins some credit from me.

Reload bonuses

I also spotted a 24Casino reload bonus, which seems to be a regular feature. It offered me a deposit match if I topped up my account balance over weekends. 

I can’t say how long this promo will be around for. But if 24Casino keep this then huge credit to them. This would have me coming back to play here often.

Rakeback 

Imagine getting paid to play. That’s pretty much what you get with rakeback. It's a sort of casino cashback set up.

Every time you make a spin on a slot or wager on table games, you earn a little money in return. There’s no specific amount, share, or percentage you get. It all depends on the games you choose and amounts you wager. In that sense it can feel quite fresh and exciting. You’re always waiting to see how much rakeback you’ll build when you try a new title. 

The minimum you can claim in 24 hours is €1, and the maximum €300. Best bit of all? There’s no wagering requirement on rakeback bonuses.

Twist & Spin Tuesdays 

I tried this Tuesday promo, Twist & Spin. After depositing €25 (or 0.00037 BTC) I was rewarded with 20 free spins added to my account. No waiting time at all! The rules state that the free spins must be activated in three days, and wagering completed in five days, which is a little tight. Still, this is a tidy little reward. I can’t say how long the casino will keep it round, but it’s good that weekly promos seem to be a thing here. 

Monthly Bonus Drop

Every 24th of the month, 24Casino gives something back via the monthly bonus drop. A gimmick? Sure. But it’s genuinely good fun.

Exactly what you receive depends on your VIP rank and how much you’ve wagered. You could get free spins, rakeback, or a deposit match. Whatever reward you get will be available to claim on the promotions page.

Loyalty Programme

The 24Club loyalty programme seems to be a huge part of the offering here. From what I could make out, there are seven status levels to climb. As you deposit and play, you’ll accrue Mileage & Power Points, which will see you make your way up the ladder. You can also spend the points on bonuses and prizes along the way.

Bonus Withdrawal Difficulty

Remember I mentioned quality over quantity? 24Casino absolutely has quantity locked down. But the devil is in the detail, and it’s bonus terms that tell us all about quality. 

Having feared the worst, I actually thought the bonus terms at 24Casino were reasonable. Most promos came with a 40x wagering requirement, which is on the upper end of the industry average, but still doable. And I should mention that there were some promos without wagering at all, such as the rakeback money.

What’s more questionable is the time given to fulfil the wagering requirements. Just five days in many cases. You’d have to play pretty intensively to get up to 40x in that timeframe. 

This is the part of the review I love, as I get to play lots of games in the interest of research.

I mentioned it at the start of the review, but 24Casino must be among Ireland’s biggest. There are countless games, quite literally. I’ve seen numbers as high as 14,000 thrown around. For a bit of context, that would be a different game to play every day for the next 38 years.

With numbers like that, all the bases are covered as you’d expect. It’s kind of hard to miss when you have such a stacked lobby. 

While I’m on the topic of the lobby, I’ll point out how well organised it is. It needs to be to handle so many games, but there are touches here that go above and beyond. One thing I love is how each game has a custom icon image and lists its software provider below the title. It just looks so much more refined. 

Table Games

By table games I mean the old RNG type games where you play against the computer. Some casinos in Ireland are doing away with these, expecting punters to go all in for the live stuff. Thankfully 24Casino have seen sense, and their table game section is full to bursting.

Live Casino Games

Live casino is where the action is (gradually) moving to. So I wasn’t surprises to see 24 have put a mountain of effort in here.

I could instantly play live baccarat, roulette, and blackjack variants from a real casino with live dealers. There were countless variants of each, along with a solid lineup of gameshows. Handily, all of these are available under tabs at the top of the page. No need to scroll and search between a mass of games, as at some sites.

⭐ My Favourite 24Casino Game: Escape the Pyramid - Fire & Ice

Maybe it’s just because it’s brand new, but I was really taken with this slot. It’s by Pragmatic Play, so I knew it would be a good shout. A classic Egyptian theme meets with an RTP of up to 96.5%, which is more than enough for me. But what’s truly great about this title is how volatile it is. Calling it high doesn’t quite do it justice. 

24Casino Ireland doesn't have a mobile app for download, which is a little disappointing. But don’t fret. You’ll still get a superb mobile casino experience through your phone's browser. I tried the site with iOS on my iPhone 13 Pro and had no issues. Better than that, the site pretty much thrived on the small screen. Customer Safety

Established in 2024, 24Casino is the successor to a previous site. It's now an online gambling platform owned and managed by Dama N.V. They are Curacao-based and a fully-fledged, totally legit outfit. Their license is issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB) with company registration number 152125.

This licence compels the casino to keep your money and data safe, plus to provide only fair games. If they failed at any of that they’d soon lose their licence. 

How to Prove Your Identity

As part of casino’s licensing, they agree to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. This means the site needs to confirm you are who you say you are. That you’re old enough to gamble and aren’t up to anything shady.

You can also set limits on how much you deposit, lose, or how long you spend playing.

I had a couple of issues pretty early on. I contacted the customer support team via live chat, and the matter was resolved super quick. To do this I clicked on the headphones icon. The live chat service is open 24/7, and the team behind it seemed super helpful. Emails can be sent to support@24casino.com, though I can’t tell you how long you’d be waiting for a reply.

There is an FAQ section but it’s very limited with barely a handful of questions answered. I wouldn’t bother with it personally. 

24Casino Review in Summary

I began by saying that the 14,000 games from 80-odd top software providers bowled me over. But there was so much more. For one, the welcome package here was majorly generous, and meeting the 40x wagering on it is just about doable. And that’s before you get to the tide of promos that await you once the opening bung is done.

Another thing that struck me is just how good the site looks. It’s easy to get around the huge game library, something that’s as slick and straightforward on mobile as on desktop. Payment methods are available in their droves and withdrawals are processed at (literally) lightning speed. I was finding it hard to fault anything, frankly.

If I had to pick at a couple of things, I’d mention the €4,000 cap on deposits and withdrawals. Plus getting just five days to complete wagering requirements.

But don’t let those put you off. This is one epic casino.

What Surprised Me

The sheer number and frequency of promos for players who stick around. They run weekly, monthly. There’s even stuff going on in the background at all times, such as the rakeback.
