GambleZen doesn’t mess around when it comes to online casino bonuses. Every time I checked the promos page, there was something new on offer. It seems like on almost any day of the week you’re able to deposit and claim a bonus in one form or another.

I found more than one weekend reload bonus, as well as a bonus for Wednesdays. When I trialled the site, you could also earn weekly cash back to get rewarded for your play. On top of that, there’s more than one welcome bonus, including one aimed specifically at high rollers.

The other two welcome bonuses are either designed to work with a first deposit or over your first four deposits. Both welcome offers should deliver a match worth more than your deposit with some free spins thrown in for good measure. These promos are usually unlocked with a €20 minimum opening deposit. But each will have playthrough requirements. 

Welcome Package

The Welcome Bonus Pack was valid for my first four deposits. It contained a combo of deposit matches and free spins bundles. Each of the deposits had to be at least €20. The maximum bonus amount was super high on this, well into the thousands. And the free spins were to be used on Pragmatic Play slot Dog House. For me, that’s all the hallmarks of a solid welcome package. 

High Roller Welcome Bonus

Hey big spender! Here’s one for the high rollers out there. If you’re feeling flush, then this one might be right for you. When I did research for this review, you could make a deposit of at least €500 to unlock a much bigger max bonus amount. Along with a stack of free spins to use on Sweet Bonanza by Pragmatic Play. To withdraw any bonus funds, you needed to wager 40x the amount of the bonus and the deposit.

First Deposit Bonus

For those wanting to keep it simple, there was a 200% match on just the first deposit. Plus 100 free spins for Pragmatic Play’s Dog House slot. If that sounds like a bit of you, then choose this option upon registration and make a minimum deposit of €20 to get it.

Wednesday Bonus

If you’re in the mood for some midweek madness then let me introduce you to GambleZen’s Wednesday Bonus. No surprises that this promotion is available each and every Wednesday. It gives you the option of a 100% match bonus, as well as 50 free spins. And applies to your first deposit of that day.

The least you can top your account with is €20 and the most you can collect in bonus funds is €500. When I tried it, the free spins were to be used on Gates of Olympus from Pragmatic Play. Once again, wagering requirements of 40x are applied.

I really liked this promo. It’s great to see something that breaks the week up and helps you over hump day.

Weekend Reload Bonuses

I could enjoy the weekend that little bit more by getting rewarded for deposits made between Friday through Sunday. If you deposit €20 on any of those days, the casino would give you 50 free spins for the Pragmatic Play slot Fruit Party.

On top of that, I could earn a bonus of 50% up to €500 and 50 free spins for a deposit of €50. I appreciate that’s a lot of fives and zeros. 

To be able to withdraw bonus funds, I  needed to wager the bonus and deposit amount 35x. Anything won from the free spins needed to be wagered 40x.

Weekly Cashback

I love a cashback arrangement. So I was delighted to find one at GambleZen.

Starting from Monday onwards, any deposits you make during the week can be subject to a cashback bonus. Cashback is accrued as a percentage of losses and ranges from 10% to 30% depending on your level in loyalty programme (more on this in a moment). The minimum bonus you can scoop is €4 but the maximum bonus is unlimited. To be able to withdraw bonus funds, you need to wager the bonus amount 20x. This is lower than most other promos at the site, which makes it feel like a perk.

Loyalty Programme

GambleZen offers a five-level loyalty scheme to reward us for coming back again and again. Put simply, the more you play at GambleZen, the more you’ll increase your level. Keep going until you reach the highest level and you’ll unlock all the advantages. 

Benefits include unlimited cashback, starting at 10% and increasing all they way up to a maximum of 30%. You can also enjoy increased withdrawal limits, exclusive bonuses on demand and eventually even a personal account manager. 
I’ve been known to be cynical about loyalty programmes. But fair play, this one’s genuinely worthwhile. I only made it to level two, but the perks were already a nice incentive to come back.

Bonus Withdrawal Difficulty

Almost all the bonuses at GambleZen have wagering requirements of between 35x and 40x. Only the cashback sits a little lower, at 20x.

This sounds quite high, but from my experience at other sites, it’s bang on average. If you’re prepared to meet those, then there isn’t anything else you need to worry about. 

As for how long you have to meet the requirements – I don’t have an answer for you. It varies a lot between the promos, so check the terms well. Something I always recommend doing either way.

There’s a maximum cashout on bonus funds of 5x the original bonus amount. That’s plenty, but it’s still a little disappointing to me. It puts a downer on any dream of a big jackpot win.

GambleZen hosts some of the best online games for sure. It would have to, when you see the numbers. In all, there are more than 7,500 games on offer including slot machines, roulette, blackjack and video poker.

 I was impressed by the range of options. There’s the full suite, pretty much. Of note are the gambling limits. You have two main ways to contact GambleZen.

First is the live chat option. It’s available 24/7 and seems pretty slick. I had absolutely no issues with it, getting replies within minutes at any time of the day. 

There’s email support via two addresses, either support@gamblezen.com or kyc@gamblezen.com. The site says they’ll be as quick as they can. But I waited over 48 hours to get an email reply, so take from that what you will.

There is an FAQs page too, but don’t bother with it. Not unless you’re lucky enough that one of the six questions it answers happens to match yours. 

GambleZen Review in Summary

I’d say I had a really enjoyable experience playing at GambleZen casino. True, I would have liked it even better if it came with a sportsbook and native mobile app. But other sports betting sites are available. And the casino still works very well on mobile anyway, so these are no big losses.

There are over 7,500 games available to play here and all provided by top online casino names. This platform has a jungle theme which I found, and maybe this is just me, quite pleasing to look at. I prefer a lot of colour in an online casino as it makes things bright and clear.

I also found the casino site to be nice and navigable. Sometimes through search, sometimes through filters, everything was easy to find. It is worth reiterating that this casino’s bonus game is incredibly strong and there is always a lot going on. If you like to play using promos, you can’t go wrong. GambleZen is somewhere I see myself coming back to, for sure.

What Surprised Me

The sheer number of promos. Daily, Wednesdays, weekends. It actually gets a little hard to keep up. Not that I’m complaining.
