GambleZen landed on scene in Ireland during 2023 and carries a Curaçao licence. This jungle themed casino platform certainly makes for a tempting prospect. And thanks to its exciting bonuses and loyalty programme, it’s potentially a rewarding one, too.
There’s only one way to find out, though. So I went to check for myself, and now I’m ready to report back in my GambleZen casino review.

GambleZen doesn’t mess around when it comes to online casino bonuses. Every time I checked the promos page, there was something new on offer. It seems like on almost any day of the week you’re able to deposit and claim a bonus in one form or another.
I found more than one weekend reload bonus, as well as a bonus for Wednesdays. When I trialled the site, you could also earn weekly cash back to get rewarded for your play. On top of that, there’s more than one welcome bonus, including one aimed specifically at high rollers.
The other two welcome bonuses are either designed to work with a first deposit or over your first four deposits. Both welcome offers should deliver a match worth more than your deposit with some free spins thrown in for good measure. These promos are usually unlocked with a €20 minimum opening deposit. But each will have playthrough requirements.
The Welcome Bonus Pack was valid for my first four deposits. It contained a combo of deposit matches and free spins bundles. Each of the deposits had to be at least €20. The maximum bonus amount was super high on this, well into the thousands. And the free spins were to be used on Pragmatic Play slot Dog House. For me, that’s all the hallmarks of a solid welcome package.
Hey big spender! Here’s one for the high rollers out there. If you’re feeling flush, then this one might be right for you. When I did research for this review, you could make a deposit of at least €500 to unlock a much bigger max bonus amount. Along with a stack of free spins to use on Sweet Bonanza by Pragmatic Play. To withdraw any bonus funds, you needed to wager 40x the amount of the bonus and the deposit.
For those wanting to keep it simple, there was a 200% match on just the first deposit. Plus 100 free spins for Pragmatic Play’s Dog House slot. If that sounds like a bit of you, then choose this option upon registration and make a minimum deposit of €20 to get it.
If you’re in the mood for some midweek madness then let me introduce you to GambleZen’s Wednesday Bonus. No surprises that this promotion is available each and every Wednesday. It gives you the option of a 100% match bonus, as well as 50 free spins. And applies to your first deposit of that day.
The least you can top your account with is €20 and the most you can collect in bonus funds is €500. When I tried it, the free spins were to be used on Gates of Olympus from Pragmatic Play. Once again, wagering requirements of 40x are applied.
I really liked this promo. It’s great to see something that breaks the week up and helps you over hump day.
I could enjoy the weekend that little bit more by getting rewarded for deposits made between Friday through Sunday. If you deposit €20 on any of those days, the casino would give you 50 free spins for the Pragmatic Play slot Fruit Party.
On top of that, I could earn a bonus of 50% up to €500 and 50 free spins for a deposit of €50. I appreciate that’s a lot of fives and zeros.
To be able to withdraw bonus funds, I needed to wager the bonus and deposit amount 35x. Anything won from the free spins needed to be wagered 40x.
I love a cashback arrangement. So I was delighted to find one at GambleZen.
Starting from Monday onwards, any deposits you make during the week can be subject to a cashback bonus. Cashback is accrued as a percentage of losses and ranges from 10% to 30% depending on your level in loyalty programme (more on this in a moment). The minimum bonus you can scoop is €4 but the maximum bonus is unlimited. To be able to withdraw bonus funds, you need to wager the bonus amount 20x. This is lower than most other promos at the site, which makes it feel like a perk.
GambleZen offers a five-level loyalty scheme to reward us for coming back again and again. Put simply, the more you play at GambleZen, the more you’ll increase your level. Keep going until you reach the highest level and you’ll unlock all the advantages.
Benefits include unlimited cashback, starting at 10% and increasing all they way up to a maximum of 30%. You can also enjoy increased withdrawal limits, exclusive bonuses on demand and eventually even a personal account manager.
I’ve been known to be cynical about loyalty programmes. But fair play, this one’s genuinely worthwhile. I only made it to level two, but the perks were already a nice incentive to come back.
Almost all the bonuses at GambleZen have wagering requirements of between 35x and 40x. Only the cashback sits a little lower, at 20x.
This sounds quite high, but from my experience at other sites, it’s bang on average. If you’re prepared to meet those, then there isn’t anything else you need to worry about.
As for how long you have to meet the requirements – I don’t have an answer for you. It varies a lot between the promos, so check the terms well. Something I always recommend doing either way.
There’s a maximum cashout on bonus funds of 5x the original bonus amount. That’s plenty, but it’s still a little disappointing to me. It puts a downer on any dream of a big jackpot win.
GambleZen hosts some of the best online games for sure. It would have to, when you see the numbers. In all, there are more than 7,500 games on offer including slot machines, roulette, blackjack and video poker.
If you’re looking for jackpot games, you can filter specifically. You’ll find plenty of fixed and progressive jackpot titles. The Tiki jungle theme continues throughout, no matter which area of the casino you are looking at.
Another good thing about the massive game selection? That there are titles in there developed by some smaller studios as well as those by the industry’s biggest names. Some, but not all, of the providers with games in the GambleZen casino lobby include Red Tiger Gaming, NetEnt, Nolimit City, ELK Studios, Hacksaw Gaming and Playtech.
I should also tell you that all of the games on this platform have been officially tested, approved and certified. This is to prove they are fair to every player, which obviously includes your fine self.
Betsoft, Mascot and Concept Gaming are just three of the names providing RNG table games to GambleZen. Handily, they do have a Table Games tab, which keeps everything in one place. And saves you having to tell the RNG versions from the live editions.
This is a great place to be if you regularly play blackjack online. I counted 69 variants of blackjack which includes plenty of live dealer options. Craps, roulette, baccarat and video poker are all also among the 500+ table games available to play as well. Which is nice.
A few games that really grabbed me were:
As a casino with more than 7,000 slots in its library, GambleZen should have something for everyone. You’ll find in here games delivered by international studios such as Habanero, Yggdrasil and Big Time Gaming.
Famous titles here you’ll already know include Piggy Riches 2 Megaways, Chaos Crew 2 and Punk Rocker xWays. As with the table games, in this part of the site, you’re able to filter for what you’re looking for to make things easier.
Across the top of the search bar, you will find options for Hot, Tournaments, New, Providers, Popular, Slots, Live Casino, and Jackpot. The latter of which is where you will find the range of progressive and fixed prize pool games.
There’s also a dropdown menu if you are looking for a particular game feature. Your options here are Wilds, Buy Feature, Megaways, High volatility, Stacked symbols, Pays both ways and Win multiplier.
It’s a huge library, so you may want to know where to start. I’d recommend:
Live games get their own special lobby at GambleZen. Which is always a good sign.
While there are many different studios providing the games, the majority come from Evolution Gaming. Who, as I’m sure you know, are giants in the live casino world.
In the live lobby, you can expect to find versions and variants of blackjack, roulette, baccarat, sic bo and poker. Plus, there are gameshows like Crazy Time, Crazy Coin Flip and Dream Catcher.
Of the ones I tested, I really liked:
Although there’s no mobile app for GambleZen, every page of the casino site is fully optimised for mobile. Every action I tried worked flawlessly on the smaller screen, tested via the Safari browser on my iPhone 15 Pro. So, yes, playing on your mobile is possible on both iOS and Android devices. Though it’d be nice to see an app put together someday.
I’ve touched on this already in this GambleZen casino review. But I’ll make it absolutely clear to anyone who wasn’t listening the first time around. This operator works with many of the leading software developers.
One of these is NetEnt whose famous Gonzo conquistador character can be found on this site in at least two games, Gonzo’s Quest and Gonzo’s Gold. Another top provider supplying games to GambleZen is Pragmatic Play, who I’m sure you know well. Not only is this developer the studio that provides your bonus free spins. But GambleZen also regular run provider specific tournaments via Pragmatic. They’re well worth getting in on.
When it comes to casino payment methods, GambleZen makes room for a wide range of options. Given it’s a relatively new site, that’s to be expected. The newest casino sites tend to be more on the ball with this.
The options include payment cards in your name and issued by Visa or Mastercard. Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, Paysafecard, Mifinity, EzeeWallet, Interac, Discover Global Network, JCB and some crypto are all also available. All deliver deposit funds instantly. Some forms of withdrawal can take between a few hours and two business days to withdraw cash. Generally, crypto and e-wallets will get you fast payout at casinos in Ireland. While those like bank cards can take up to four business days.
There are some maximum withdrawal limits at GambleZen. What level they’re at depends on where you are in the VIP scheme. I strongly suggest you check the site’s terms for more info.
Loading up your GambleZen casino account with some juicy funds couldn’t be any easier. Just follow the same steps that I took when I registered.
With that done, you’re all good to hit the games.
I was reassured by what I learned about GambleZen. Especially, and most importantly, in regard to safety. Which always comes first, right?
GambleZen comply with strict data protection standards when it comes to its collection and processing of your private data. It has to in order to keep its Curaçao licence. This Ireland casino strives to protect your personal data and respect your privacy. It evidently takes all of the necessary precautions to ensure that all of your data is kept safe and secure.
When you are ready to make a withdrawal, you’ll have to fully complete the Know You Customer (KYC) process. Essentially, this means proving your identity. And it’s a green flag to see a casino doing this.
To complete the KYC process, you’ll need to provide certain documentation. Official documents include a valid ID such as an up to date passport or your driver’s licence.
When you’ve uploaded these as instructed, you’ll see an In Progress note while the casino processes your documents. The verification team will then review everything in the shortest possible time and let you know by email about the outcome. They aim to have it done sub 24 hours.
Should you need to, you can email the financial department regarding this process at kyc@gamblezen.com.
GambleZen want your gambling to stay fun and free from potential harm. So, like any worthwhile site, it has a Responsible Gaming page. Here the site sets out what tools are available to manage your playtime.
I was impressed by the range of options. There’s the full suite, pretty much. Of note are the gambling limits. These can be attached to total deposit or loss amounts and applied daily, weekly, or monthly. There’s also self-exclusion and the option to terminate your account altogether by contacting customer support.
You have two main ways to contact GambleZen.
First is the live chat option. It’s available 24/7 and seems pretty slick. I had absolutely no issues with it, getting replies within minutes at any time of the day.
There’s email support via two addresses, either support@gamblezen.com or kyc@gamblezen.com. The site says they’ll be as quick as they can. But I waited over 48 hours to get an email reply, so take from that what you will.
There is an FAQs page too, but don’t bother with it. Not unless you’re lucky enough that one of the six questions it answers happens to match yours.
I’d say I had a really enjoyable experience playing at GambleZen casino. True, I would have liked it even better if it came with a sportsbook and native mobile app. But other sports betting sites are available. And the casino still works very well on mobile anyway, so these are no big losses.
There are over 7,500 games available to play here and all provided by top online casino names. This platform has a jungle theme which I found, and maybe this is just me, quite pleasing to look at. I prefer a lot of colour in an online casino as it makes things bright and clear.
I also found the casino site to be nice and navigable. Sometimes through search, sometimes through filters, everything was easy to find. It is worth reiterating that this casino’s bonus game is incredibly strong and there is always a lot going on. If you like to play using promos, you can’t go wrong. GambleZen is somewhere I see myself coming back to, for sure.
The sheer number of promos. Daily, Wednesdays, weekends. It actually gets a little hard to keep up. Not that I’m complaining.
The minimum deposit at GambleZen casino is €20. It’s the same across all payment methods. This is also the amount you need to fund your account with to unlock most of the bonuses at this platform. That’s true of any of the welcome packages, too.
Different banking methods have different waiting times here. So it’s hard to say exactly how long you’ll wait to get your money. Expect withdrawals to take between a few hours and a couple of days for e-wallets. While all other methods could be two to four business days.
Yes, GambleZen is committed to keeping your private information and financial data safe and secure. It does this by using top level and up to date security protocols. This keeps your info away from anyone or anything that shouldn’t be near it.
Yes, GambleZen is operated by Altacore N.V, which has a registered address at Nicosia, Cyprus. The site is licenced by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/109/0075. To obtain this licence, GambleZen must agree to adhere to a number of strict stipulations and regulations.
Just like with deposits, there is a minimum limit set by GambleZen. Also, just as with deposits, that minimum limit €20 for withdrawals. This is the same for all of the many banking methods that this casino platform caters for. Unless stated, withdrawals are made without fees applied.
You've a number of options for contacting GambleZen casino. The first of these is the live chat option which you can find on the site. You can also send an email to the customer support team at support@gamblezen.com. If it’s the financial team you need to speak to then give the kyc@gamblezen.com address a try.
