As is custom at Irish online casinos, you’ll get a tidy welcome package plus some ongoing promos at RealSpin. 

My sense is that this site goes for the quality over quantity approach. I’ve seen promos pages bursting with more offers and info than you can get your head around. But read up on the terms and it’s all a letdown. Whereas the bonuses I found at RealSpin felt truly worthwhile, even if there aren’t tons of them. There were three promos when I signed up, including the welcome package, which I’ll discuss first.

Just before I talk about some specifics of the bonuses. Remember these can change at any time. So there’s no promise you’ll have the same experience as I did. But hopefully it’ll give you some expectations.

RealSpin Welcome Bonus

As seems to be the style lately, RealSpin had gone for the four-in-one option with the welcome package. I got deposit matches at various percentages across my first four deposits. I also got a bundle of free spins alongside each of these payments, available to use on my choice from two slot titles per deposit.

The numbers involved were pretty big and the promo did feel generous to me. The four-in-one format drags things out, in a good way. But the bonus terms can be complex with these multi-step welcome packages. Make sure you fully understand what you’re getting involved with before claiming a bonus like this one.

Reload Bonus

One ongoing promo that seems to be a regular feature at RealSpin is the reload bonus. This was available to claim once at a time of my choosing, within a given timeframe. To trigger it, I entered a bonus code and then got a match in funds of up to a maximum €200 on my next deposit.

Sure, it’s only a one-time thing. But again, the numbers involved felt generous. And I took this as a green flag in terms of how RealSpin thinks about existing players. Of course, terms did still apply, including a 40x wagering requirement.

Regular Free Spins

Free spins bonuses seem to be another feature at RealSpin. I guess the clue’s in the name. 

At the time of my review, the site was giving away up to 300 spins per month provided certain deposit thresholds were met. From what I can gleam, the numbers involved here do move around from month to month. How much you need to deposit and how many spins you’ll get can and do change. That’s also true of game availability on the spins. Still, it’s great to see RealSpin give us a reason to keep coming back.

Loyalty Programme

I found no sign of any loyalty or VIP schemes when I called past RealSpin. That’s a bit of a shame, given how generous the promos were. It’s always possible there’s an unannounced programme for the site’s high rollers, but I’ve heard and read nothing to suggest so.

Hopefully this is something that RealSpin look to add in the near future.

Bonus Withdrawal Difficulty

Bonus terms really do matter. Sometimes promos sound too good to be true because… they are. And other times you’ll skim over a headline offer that sounds so-so. But get into the details and it’s properly generous. 

Wagering requirements are one of the most important terms. For all the promos I found at RealSpin, these were set at 40x the bonus amount. That’s around about the industry average. So no nasty shocks, but no pleasant surprises here either. 

What’s less agreeable is a maximum bonus conversion of 10x. It’s attached to all offers here. It means if you get €100 in bonus funds to play with, you can only ever cash out a maximum of €1,000 from it. I’m not a big fan of this clause. It kills the dream of winning big from a bonus. 

With this information to hand, I still felt the bonuses at RealSpin were worthwhile. But I am disappointed with that maximum conversion, for sure. 

One of the features that helps RealSpin stand out to players is its massive games library which has over 3,500 titles. What I also want to point out is how easy it is to navigate the section as they have it all broken down into categories such as game type and software provider.

RealSpin’s game library is well stacked, with more than 3,500 titles across the various categories. I spotted many of my favourites right away, and it’s clear that some of the best game providers are represented here.

What I did love is how easy it is to navigate the collection. The site design is crisp and clear anyway, but that continues on the lobby pages. There are tabs for all types of categories including Top Games, New Games, and Jackpot Games. Sections are neatly arranged down the page, and the names of software providers are displayed beside each game. Consider me impressed.

Table Games

RealSpin Casino excels with the quality of games they have available. They’re easy to find too, thanks to a separate Table Games tab. I know that sounds obvious, but some newer sites have done away with a dedicated RNG table games area.

In this section, I loved that some of their games are clearly marked with the minimum needed to play and the maximum available to win. Demos are widely available and the search filters useful.

The Video Slots tab doesn’t contain all the games but is a good place to start. Then tabs like New Games, Jackpot Games, and Bonus Buy Games are heavily dominated by slots titles.

I’m a huge fan of slots series, so I loved the Book of Slots tab. And don’t forget you can filter by provider within any section, as well as by volatility.

⭐ My Favourite RealSpin Game: Irish Crown

I kept it patriotic and tried out Irish Crown by Pragmatic Play. It’s a 5×3, 20 payline slot, where plenty of high-paying gems, shamrocks, leprechauns, and crowns are complemented by two bonus rounds. The max out was also a very healthy 5,000x my stake. Cheesy? Sure. But a fun little slot game nonetheless.

There was no mobile app available when I reviewed RealSpin Casino. I found nothing in my iPhone’s store, and after some digging, I’m told you won’t find it in Google’s either. They mention that self-exclusion is available if you contact customer support. They also note that it can take up to 10 days to action this, which isn’t exactly great. 

I felt RealSpin Casino had excellent customer support. First and foremost, there’s a 24/7 live chat that functions very well. I was put through to a chatbot initially, but this was simply to sort my query. After that I was put through fast to a real support team member. All my queries were answered with very little fuss or delay. 

There’s email support available here too. But you should expect that to be much slower. Stick to the live chat if you can.

There is an FAQs section. Don’t bother with it. It hosts all of seven questions, and they accompanying answers aren’t entirely helpful. Given the live chat is so effective, this is no reason for me to score RealSpin down. But don’t go looking for help this way.

RealSpin Casino Review in Summary

Overall, I was pretty impressed with RealSpin Casino. There’s a very healthy selection of games accompanied by generous bonuses. The site looks the part, and getting to what you want is entirely hassle-free. Couple that with the premium software providers in the lobby and there’s definitely a slickness to RealSpin.

Customer service scores well do, as does the variety of payment methods available. Accepting crypto is something of a hallmark of a new casino, but it’s still good to see. 

There were things that made me hesitate, though. The lack of responsible gambling tools like reality checks and deposit limits is poor going. And some quirky rules around withdrawals had me wondering if I’d run into trouble down the line. 

Still, my experience at RealSpin skewed heavily positive. There’s a lot to like here. 

What Surprised Me

I really loved that I could find and choose my favourite dealer for live games. It makes the experience that bit more personal and authentic, which is what good live casino should be striving for.
