When it comes to the design, the game is pretty, umm, yeah, well, it could be better. What we get is a countryside setting and in the foreground stacks of sandbags, with a rabbit in a tank and the slot embedded into some metal thing. 

The layout of Coop Clash presents a seven-row and seven-reel slot that comes with a Cluster Pays mechanism. It also comes with a Tumbler feature which activates after each winning outcome. 

You might think that the size of Coop Clash somehow alters the way you play this game from other slots, but the reality is that the functions are entirely the same as 99.9% of any other slot machine online. You can start playing by pressing the spin button. Upon doing this, the bet is placed, and the symbols will drop off the gaming grid while new ones fall into it. When a winning cluster is formed, the game’s Tumbler feature is then activated. The symbols within that cluster are blown up and replaced with a set of new symbols that drop into the game. I like the idea of what Coop Clash is as a game, but for me, the entire concept ends right there. Looking at the features of this slot, it’s not much of a battle, given the chickens only feature as symbol images. Where are the tank battles, the different bonus round types, that gaming expansion, and the use of multiple locations? It’s just all a bit too Hacksaw Gaming. 

I loaded Coop Clash from my favorite casino and played 50 auto-spins with my betting price set at $2 per spin. On the first spin, I won $0.60. Five spins later, I hit a $2.40 win from three different clusters. The hit rate seemed decent, with wins landing within six spins. However, after 20 spins, I was bored stiff.

The game lacked dynamics; it was dull and simply went through the motions of a regular slot machine. It had the potential to deliver innovative gameplay, showcase a proper battle between two animals, and fully embrace its concept. Instead, it replicated every other boring online casino game. With 15 spins left, no special feature had landed, and there weren’t enough wins to break even or cash out.

The game ended, leaving me wondering what the point of this production was, given how basic and flawed it felt.

The Coop Clash slot by Bullshark Games and Hacksaw Gaming has an RTP score of 96.15%. The high volatility of this game makes it harder to extract more wins that are above your bet value.
