Gears of Horus is an Egyptian-themed game designed in a unique way that adds some steam-punk style to it. The game comes with a 6x6 grid layout, surrounded by cogs and gears, with pipes, lights, and valves. Did the game offer more for me? Well, no. Okay, so the game looks different, but I’m demanding more from such games that come with these repetitive genres. There need to be more features than just enlarged wilds and a free spins bonus round.

The RTP of Gears of Horus comes in at 96.06%. The programming has been embedded with a High volatility setting, which isn’t overly user-friendly, especially if the funds are short. The jackpot of this game is a max win of 10,000 times your bet. If you bet at $240 per spin, you could win $2,400,000. This explains why the volatility setting is at the highest level. 

Gears of Horus isn’t a slot that is going to set the industry alight. And when compared to other slots in its gaming category, it doesn’t begin to come close to being among the best.
