£33.9m Lottery Jackpot Waiting to Be Claimed

It may sound obvious but the advice from the National Lottery is to check your ticket to be in with a chance of claiming the unclaimed £3.9 million jackpot.

The winning numbers were 9, 13, 22, 45, 46, and 48, and the bonus number was 29. 

The jackpot for Wednesday’s draw now stands at £2 million.

There are still unclaimed cash amounts that have a deadline date to be validated.  

The National Lottery has listed the unclaimed big prizes below, which have either not been claimed or have not yet been validated and paid.

What Happens to Unclaimed Prize Money?

Under the National Lottery Rules, if a valid claim is not received within 180 days (around 6 months) of the draw date, the prize and any interest earned on it will go to benefit national lottery projects across the UK.

Andy Carter, senior winners' adviser at The National Lottery, said: “Brilliant news, one lucky ticket-holder has won tonight's £3.9million Lotto jackpot.  

“Lotto has already created seven brand new millionaires this month.” 

£76,000 Prize Almost Went Begging Because Man Ignored Emails

Last week, a People’s Postcode Lottery winner nearly missed out on his £76,000 prize. The 59-year-old named ‘Colin’ became suspicious of a large number of emails in his inbox congratulating him on his win. It was only when he returned home one day to find a camera crew waiting for him that he realised it was not a hoax.

I enrolled at University where I studied Photography and film and gained a Degree and subsequently a Masters Degree.
