What could be better to blow the autumn cobwebs away than a brisk walk at the seaside? Even better if your work happens to raise funds for a very good cause at the same time.
That is exactly what the wonderful folks at UK casino destination did this week.
The team at Genting Casino Bournemouth strapped on their walking boots to complete a 20-mile charity walk in aid of their chosen charity, CHIPS.
We have featured CHIPS on a number of occasions because of the great work they do in providing wheelchairs for children. The team were lucky enough to catch some glorious weather and completed their mission in good time, raising vital funds for CHIPS.

The team at Genting also recently attended the Birmingham Hospitality Association Awards, where their F&B Deputy General Manager was nominated for the Rising Star Award and their Sky Bar & Restaurant team was nominated for the Best Team Award.
It was a fantastic night had by all and was fantastic to be recognized. Congratulations to all of the winners!

News WriterMost of my career was spent in teaching including at one of the UK’s top private schools. I left London in 2000 and set up home in Wales raising four beautiful children. I enrolled at University where I studied Photography and film and gained a Degree and subsequently a Masters Degree. In 2014 I helped launch a new local newspaper and managed to get front and back page as well as 6 filler pages on a weekly basis.
