Now before I get the ball rolling with this Casino Days Casino review, I'm going to start where you will. Or do at any casino site, frankly. With a promotion. 

I'll be honest, I didn't find tons of bonuses at Casino Days. There's the welcome package, obviously. Any casino would be crazy not to share one of those. But from there on out, things are pretty quiet in the way of promos at this site. Most of what you'll find listed on the promos page are actually tournaments. Now don't mistake that for me knocking these, I love a tournament and those available at Casino Days are genuinely brilliant. The site says there are over 10,000 players every month sharing tournament prize pots that reach into the millions. 

Would I like to see more bonuses to accompany these? Sure. But these tournaments are worth your time and attention. 

As for what the site does dish out in bonuses. I'll run through what I found when I joined Casino Days. But do remember that bonuses change all the time, so these particular offers may not be available by the time you get there. 

When you join Casino Days, there will be a welcome package available. And it's usually the classic combo of a deposit match plus a bundle of free spins to be played on a selected slot. So far so good. 

This welcome package usually requires a $/£/€20 minimum deposit (or equivalent in your currency). And that needs to be placed within seven days of registering. That applies to both the match funds and the slots bonus in the form of free spins. Casino Days will credit both rewards to your account once you have completed your first minimum deposit. 

There are terms to meet, however. Before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus, you must first satisfy a 35x wagering requirement. Sometimes the free spins part of the package escape this, but not here. To be fair, the spins are usually given on some of the best RTP slots. So it balances out.

Unfortunately, when I joined, deposits made using Skrill, Neteller, and Payz do not qualify for the welcome bonus here. As always, I advise reading the terms and conditions of this offer so that you understand all of the rules. Nonetheless, with bonus funds and free spins up for grabs, you get the best of both worlds at Casino Days. 

While Casino Days does not offer a specific live casino welcome bonus,  some live dealer game titles contribute 10% of each wager toward the welcome bonus wagering requirement. I'm mentioning this because many sites exclude live games from wagering altogether. No, 10% isn't a lot, so you will still have to play plenty of slots (most of which contribute 100%). But it's good to know should you wish to dip into the live titles.

The VIP program at Casino Days is a standard tier-style scheme. Through it, you can scoop up an array of perks including cashback, increased limits, prioritized customer service, and exclusive VIP casino promotions. You earn rewards points every time you place a bet on any of Casino Days’ thousands of casino games. 

You rise through the tiers as you amass more points, which unlocks increasingly valuable perks. You don't need to go opting into the VIP program, either. Everyone is in. It kicks in the minute you make your first deposit. 

I've certainly seen more generous VIP schemes than this. But the perks I did get during my time here made the program feel worthwhile.

It's something of a mixed picture at Casino Days. And to be frank, there aren't a whole ton of bonuses to judge this on anyway. 
Let's take the welcome package, which comes with a 35x wagering requirement. That requirement is bang on the industry average, however it's disappointing to see it apply to spins winnings. Many sites set a lower bar to meet for the spins compared with the deposit match cash. Still, 35x is doable if you play on the regular. 

On the other hand, tournaments seem to be the focus at Casino Days. And in terms of getting your winnings hassle-free, that's great news. If you win a prize drop as part of a tournament, the money lands in your bankroll and is yours yo use as you like. You can withdraw it or wager it on the site with no conditions. So that's a big thumbs up from me. 

With thousands of titles on tap, there’s a very good chance that Casino Days has just what you're looking for. Another touch I like is that all game icons display the provider behind the game. You can even filter by provider when you click on the search icon. The lobby here is well put together for sure. Casino Days’ collection of RNG table games is not the biggest in the world. Nor is there even a separate tab for table games. So you will need to go searching.

I was disappointed to find there's no Casino Days app. I didn't find anything in the App Store on my iPhone 15, and I'm told there's nothing for Android users either. Don't let this put you off though, as the browser site does work really well. In fact, there's very little between the desktop and mobile site. There's more providers present at Casino Days than I'd expect. I've seen sites with many more thousands of games have much smaller lists of game partners. So what does this tell us?

All in all, there's a good mix going on here. It feels well considered.

I was impressed with the range of tools available. First there were time outs available for a day, a week, or a month. Self-exclusion was also available and can run for any requested time period, though you do need to contact customer support directly. I also noticed there were links to external support organizations, which is great to see. 

Customer Support

There's nothing worse than when an otherwise great casino falls down on bad customer service. Thankfully, that wasn't Casino Days!

English language live chat support is available 24/7. It's easy to access from inside your account, and I got all my responses in under two minutes. The team I dealt with were friendly and helpful. There's also an email contact point, but replies are slower. The site says it aims to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Which, to be fair, is still a lot faster than at many other casino sites. 

There's also a Help Center/FAQs space at Casino Days. It wasn't the best I've seen, but wasn't bad either. I was able to find some key info quickly, especially using the sorted categories. But I had plenty of questions that this Help Center couldn't solve. Thankfully, that live chat is fast and effective. 

Casino Days obviously did its homework before launching. It's also clear that the online casino has a solid grasp of what we casino fans want. Be it valuable casino bonuses and promotions, a gargantuan collection of games, or efficient payouts - this site gets the basics right. 

It all starts with the casino welcome bonus, which is generous and comes with reasonable terms. Even though it’s a little frustrating that Neteller and Skrill deposits don’t qualify for the offer. The site gives you various other options for making the minimum deposit of $/£/€20. And should you stick around, that VIP program is genuinely worthwhile. And that's not something I say often.

Another plus is that the site does its withdrawal processing in under 24 hours. Sure, choose the wrong payment method and you might still wait days for your money. But it shows a willing on the part of Casino Days that they want this done fast for us. And that's a green flag for me.

There are things to fault. While the payment methods selection is wide, it's not very deep. With only one crypto coin and two e-wallet options, the list does need expanding. And I've already spoken about my disappointment where RNG table games are concerned. Not giving these their own tab borders on criminal. 

But those weren't near enough to put me off. Nor deter me from making this recommendation. So I'm happy to give Casino Days my two thumbs up.
