When it comes to gambling, Delaware is one of the more relaxed US states for gambling laws.
Officials legalized slot machines back in the mid 1990’s to support struggling race tracks to stay in business and Delaware was also one of the first states to legalize sports betting and online gambling.
Despite these gambling-friendly terms, there are actually one three casinos in Delaware, all of which are racinos.
