It’s all about the look and very little about the integration of ideas to make concepts work. Basically, you will not see the Medusa character slithering in either background or foreground. The game design is just a skin, with the mechanics of play repeated in thousands of other online slots. 

With this positivity, I load the game, set my bet to $2 per spin, and set up the autoplay mode to operate 50 spins. 

With my first spin, I land the Medusa Spin feature, which returns $5. A great start. However, it takes another 12 spins until my next win, which is only $2. The music is great in keeping players awake, and on my 25th spin, I strike Medusa Spin again but only get a return of $2.75. Three spins later, I win $10, and the game is coming to life again. Another win of $12.50, and then $2. Sadly, as my spins deplete, I am unable to produce a win that can level me back to where I started.
