It has a 5x3 reel set with King Midas featured front and center. He also stands on the left side, randomly adding his magic touch to the reels.

The epic audio and sound effects align perfectly with the slot’s visuals. You’ll see a room with many golden elements in the background, which again aligns with the theme. All the elements are right where they need to be, so overall, the slot looks more than decent and plays just as great.

You’ll first need to set your bet to start playing this ancient Greek slot adventure. Choose from 20c to $20 per spin and hit the spin button to start. Or use the autoplay feature – it’s up to you. If you don’t want to wait for the bonus round, you can buy the feature for 100x the bet. I had fun with the Midas King of Gold because I’m a big fan of ancient Greek myths and tales. I was impressed by the Midas Golden Touch feature and how often it triggers. It may be random, but it pays off when triggered. I hit decent multipliers with this feature and even managed to trigger the free spins round the first time.

It was okay for a bonus round, although not that potent when it comes to wins. I wanted to test the Midas King of Gold bonus with the lowest multipliers of x10 for 350x the bet, and I’m sorry to say it didn’t deliver. I hit wins around 150x, which still didn’t justify the high price of the bonus buy slots feature. But, overall, the slot pays decent prizes if you often trigger the Golden Midas Touch feature.

The Midas King of Gold slot RTP is set to 94%. It’s average for a medium volatile slot, although I expected a higher figure. The maximum win is projected at 10,000x the bet.
