Squeeze by ELK Studios is a bright pallet of color that hits the eyes with greens, reds, yellows, and blues. Set on some sandy beach surrounded by cliffs and palms, Squeeze is a retreat for any avid game player. The slot comes with seven rows, six reels, and a cluster pays mechanism. To the left of the game is the feature meters. When each is charged, they will have a positive influence on the game. 

Once you’ve found the game in a legit casino online, the first step is to change the amount of the bet. The game defaults to $1. If this amount is too high or too low, click the coin icon to view the price list. To bet on Squeeze, the prices begin at $0.20 and go up to $100. 

Once ready to play, press the spin button. This action will cause the symbols to fall off the reels, with new ones dropping back into them. This is the popular cascade feature. Winning is done by landing matching symbols within clusters of five or more. The top symbols are the four fruit symbols: the strawberry, the orange, the kiwi, and the grape. When you form wins, the side of the slot will push new symbols into the game, popping those that formed the win. New symbols will appear in their place, letting you form more winning opportunities.

In addition to this, the winning symbol will be linked to a feature by color. When this happens, your win can be multiplied with each consecutive win formed, and you will also charge the feature meter. Once that meter is full, you will then activate the Super Charged symbol.

Now, all this is a highlight of the very basics of play. You will spin the reels and hope that 5+ of the same symbols land and that big wins are made. Now, beyond the basics, gaming bonuses come into play, bonuses that can help you to win even more money to cash out. 

Feature Meters: With each win, the corresponding feature will charge the meter. Once you have a full meter, you activate the Super Charged symbol which keeps the meter charged when involved with a win.

Swap Feature: Swaps two symbols on the reels, thus changing position to create winning outcomes. This can happen three times with each activation. 

Upgrade Feature: This increases the symbols to the next higher-valued one. If it is already the highest, it turns them into Wilds. 

Make Big Feature: Grows symbols from 1x1 to 3x3 or 4x4. 

Spawn Wilds Feature: This will swap between 2 and 6 symbols with Wilds or Super Charged Wilds.

Bounce Back Multiplier: If the squeeze from the sides bounces after each with, the multiplier will increase by a factor of 1 for each bounce. Up to a total of x4 can be achieved.

Bonus Game: Land 3 bonus symbols to activate the bonus round. The round can be retriggered and will include multipliers and meter values that carry between spins.

Super Bonus: Activated by three bonus symbols that feature one or more Super Bonus symbols. During the play, you will have a full Feature Meter before a spin/drop.

ELK Studios can make some pretty kick-ass games, and despite this one's more relaxed theme, it still has a lot of promise. 

I set up Squeeze to play with $2 per spin, and I opted to play the get set on 50 auto spins. The first spin returned $3.80 and not long after, got a x2 multiplier and a $4.80 win. Spin 16 won me $6, and so far, with less than 20 spins played, it's looking okay. I’m not normally a fan of slots that are so big in scale or play with the Cluster pay mechanism, but this is fine so far. 

On spin 38, I landed the Spawn Multiplier feature and got the Make Big feature soon after. However, neither helped me to win enough to gain on my losses. The wins dried up until the last spin when the Upgrade feature was activated. This, however, only produced a $1.20 win, even with a x2 multiplier. 

In the end, no cashout and a feeling that it should or could have been more fruitful. 

Squeeze comes with a high volatility setting. The RTP is at a low 94%, which is surprising. However, the maximum you can win is 10,000 times the bet value. If you play at the max bet of $100, a jackpot of $1,000,000 can be won. 

The Squeeze slot by ELK Studios is a good game, but perhaps let down by its programming. The features are neat, and they appear quite frequently. However, you get the sense that you certainly lose more than you make. The average win is less than the price of your bet.
