The design of Twisted Lab RotoGrid is beautiful. Using only a two-tone color scheme, we are presented with hues of purple, turquoise, and a hint of yellow. The setting is within some science lab, in which the twisted professor, Mr. Melker, and his lab rat, Pat the Rat, move each side of the slot.

I’m a sucker for slot games that have their aesthetics on point. As soon as I saw what Twisted Lab RotoGrid looked like, I was all over it. I loaded the game up, set my bet per spin to $2, and selected 50 auto-spins. 

On the second spin, I landed one RotoGrid, which activates the rat to pull a lever and spin the slot. After this, small sums were won, but after 25 spins had been played, I hadn’t won enough to be enthused by the game. In fact, as each spin played, less was happening. The odd win that was lower than my $2 bet would come up. I landed the RotoGrid symbol again, but nothing came of it. 

My last 25 spins were over in a flash, and the whole thing turned out to be one of the worst experiences so far this year. What a shame.
