Canadian Expansion for Blueprint Gaming

British online casino games developer Blueprint Gaming has boosted its footprint in the Canadian province of Ontario by inking a deal to bring some of its most popular slots to the BetRivers-branded domain from operator Rush Street Interactive.

A subsidiary of German gaming entertainment stalwart Merkur Group, Blueprint Gaming has been around since 2001 with its portfolio of over 200 online slots licensed by iGaming operators in seven jurisdictions including Romania, Malta and the United Kingdom. The firm was certified by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario regulator in April of 2022 while an earlier alliance had brought its innovations to Canadian punters via the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation’s domain at OLG.ca.

Top Slot Offerings for Canadian Players

The Key Accounts Director for Blueprint Gaming, Samuel Haggblom, told Casinos.com the new agreement with Rush Street Interactive forms part of his company’s ‘strategic roadmap for Canada’ while simultaneously providing evidence of its ‘ever-expanding global footprint’.

The executive moreover explained this alliance is to see a selection of his firm’s most popular online slots including its Napoleon Megaways and Majestic Fury Megaways titles made available to iGaming aficionados in Ontario via the domain at BetRivers.ca.

“Continuing to strike partnerships with leading operators underlines the impact our titles have had in Canada and the core position the country holds in our international expansion strategy,” Haggblom said. “We look forward to local players enjoying our carefully constructed roadmap for 2025.”

Ontario a Leading Region in Global Gaming

Haggblom stated Rush Street Interactive was established in 2012 and has rapidly become ‘a market leader in online casinos and sportsbooks across the Americas’. He asserted this latest partnership is to additionally encompass branded slots such as Rick and Morty: Strike Back and The Lost Boys and serves as ‘further testament to how our games can resonate with players in multiple markets worldwide’.

“The popularity of Blueprint Gaming slots continues to grow across Canada and the Americas and so we are delighted to go live with an industry-renowned operator in the region,” Haggblom said. “Since opening for business in 2022, Ontario has proven itself to be one of the leading up-and-coming regions in the global iGaming space and we were among the first to recognize this market’s potential.”

CEO Happy With Canadian Partnership

For his part, the Chief Executive Officer for Rush Street Interactive, Richard Schwartz, declared the online slots portfolio from Newark-headquartered Blueprint Gaming ‘boasts a growing collection of exciting titles’ and he is now excited to be bringing these to BetRivers.ca players in Ontario.

“We are happy to partner with Blueprint Gaming and look forward to watching this collaboration flourish,” Schwartz said.
