GGPoker Partners with Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto to Elevate Poker

What a great start to 2025 for the Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto. They have announced an exciting new partnership with GGPoker, the largest poker room in the world, to enhance the poker experience.   

As the official sponsor of The Poker Room, GGPoker will bring exclusive World Series of Poker (WSOP) tournaments, including circuit events, to the Ontario resort. The newly renovated poker room will feature top-notch amenities such as high-definition TVs, modern furnishings, and a dedicated players’ lounge.  

Successful Toronto Event Showed City’s Enthusiasm for Poker 

Toronto's inaugural WSOP Circuit Event, held in partnership with GGPoker, was a remarkable success, attracting over 6,000 entries and exceeding expectations with a record $5.5 million prize pool. 

The event spanned 11 days in March and featured various tournaments, including a $2,000 Main Event with a $2.8 million prize pool and a $3,500 High Roller event with a $1 million prize pool, highlighting the city's strong enthusiasm for poker.
