Established in 2018, NuxGame is a software provider for the global iGaming industry with its comprehensive solutions encompassing a crypto-friendly online casino complete with more than 13,500 games from over 130 top-tier developers.
The firm also offers a cutting-edge aggregation platform, a sportsbook and a plethora of gamification innovations running from player-versus-player (PvP) battles and leaderboards to a referral program and bonus rewards.
Casinos.com spoke exclusively with the company’s Chief Business Development Officer, Bar Konson, about its ever-expanding ecosystem, its recent appearance at ICE Barcelona and a 2024 in which its client base dramatically increased.
Bar explained, "We founded NuxGame seven years ago in response to the burgeoning iGaming industry and the glaring gap in the market for platforms offering comprehensive and adaptable solutions.
"We recognised operators needed more than a conventional one-size-fits-all platform. Driven by this insight, we built our own platform to empower a diverse clientele, from start-ups to seasoned professionals.
"Our goal was to provide a fully flexible platform equipped with all the essential tools for successful iGaming operations. This includes a wide array of casino games, cutting-edge gamification tools, diverse payment methods, robust risk management and know-your-customer (KYC) features."
In response, Bar said, "We added these tools in response to industry trends and shifting player expectations. Our aim is to go beyond the traditional online casino model and deliver a platform that prioritises engagement, interaction and retention.
"At the heart of our gamification approach is a system that uses modern technology to keep players captivated and coming back for more. Players earn points for all bets placed across our sportsbook and online casino platforms, encouraging continued engagement.
"The introduction of a player-to-player (P2P) chat feature promotes community and player interaction, allowing individuals to connect, offer advice and add a social component to their gaming experience. This leads to longer sessions and improved loyalty."
The answer will be great news for players. Bar said, “Our player referral program incentivises users to introduce friends, rewarding both the referrer and the new player. This not only helps organically expand our player base but also fosters long-term retention through community-driven growth.
"Players can unlock loyalty tiers with their earned points, elevating their status and offering increased rewards that act as pseudo-currency for exclusive services.
“There are moreover PvP battles to create a dynamic and competitive environment that encourages repeat visits and longer gaming sessions. Furthermore, real-time leaderboards enhance engagement by fostering a competitive spirit, while our built-in shop allows players to redeem points for enticing virtual prizes and bonuses.
“Additionally, live achievement tracking lets players see their progress and milestones instantly, boosting their motivation and satisfaction. Finally, our platform provides reporting and analytics that offer insights into program performance, empowering operators to refine their strategies for better retention."
He offered a comprehensive response saying, "Our rapid expansion can be attributed to our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality solutions and cultivating great partnerships. This commitment has maintained our position as a trusted industry leader.
"By constantly growing and improving our platform's capabilities, we have been able to meet and exceed our clients' changing needs. For example, in 2024, the gamification tools and updates we introduced led to increased user engagement and retention for our clients and partners.
"Furthermore, our focus on increasing payment connections and enhancing risk management capabilities have given our clients a secure and easy operational experience."
Bar was able to provide a positive assessment of the year ahead. He said, “NuxGame intends to continue its path of continuous improvement and expansion.
"Our objectives include offering new features to fulfil the needs of operators and players, increasing our global footprint through targeted market expansions and developing deeper cooperation with industry leaders to expand our platform and solutions.
“We are committed to remaining at the top of the iGaming business by providing exceptional value to operators.”
It will come as no surprise that this successful Chief Business Development Officer did indeed have his eyes set on expansion. He said, “Such partnerships are important to our mission of providing comprehensive and innovative solutions.
"Collaborations with renowned industry players such as Cellxpert and Trackbox have enabled us to broaden our platform's capabilities. These include operators' operations and robust affiliate management features that speed up operations for operators.
“We plan to continue developing and expanding partnerships consistent with our strategy while concentrating on various payment methods, security infrastructure, advanced analytics, tailored player interaction and modern technologies. These agreements will keep our platform at the core of industry advances, giving operators the tools they require to succeed in the market.”
Bar said that the company had gained a lot from attending the show. He said, “We gained valuable experience by participating in ICE Barcelona at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via. The new location offered a bright and engaging environment, allowing for meaningful connections with industry peers and potential clients.
"We have been regular attendees at ICE and the move to Barcelona provided a new opportunity to meet with a different audience.
The number of attendees exceeded our expectations and we were especially surprised by the quality of the talks and enthusiasm for the latest industry innovations and trends."
Bar responded by saying, "At ICE Barcelona, we highlighted some of our most popular solutions, focusing on gamification features and advanced risk management tools.
"Attendees were particularly drawn to our upgraded loyalty tiers and PvP battles, which were praised for their ability to enhance player engagement and retention by introducing competitive and rewarding experiences. These features sparked meaningful conversations about how operators can leverage gamification to boost long-term loyalty.
"Our advanced KYC solutions also garnered positive feedback for enhancing security and compliance while addressing crucial challenges in the industry. These solutions attracted significant attention at the event, resulting in exciting new partnerships and customer relationships to further solidify our position as a trusted platform provider."
Without a crystal ball in hand, Bar was still able to offer a valuable insight ahead.
He said, “The iGaming industry is poised for significant transformation, driven by emerging technologies and innovative approaches. We believe that advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning will be critical to personalising player experiences, optimising gaming offers and increasing customer service.
“On the other hand, blockchain technology has the ability to improve transaction transparency and security, building greater trust among players. NuxGame is studying how to integrate these technologies into our platform.
“Our primary focus is on employing AI to deliver advanced analytics tools that give operators actionable information and blockchain to enable secure and transparent payment solutions.”
