As part of an effort to ensure future prosperity, online casino and sportsbook operator Videoslots Limited is consolidating control of its five brands under the newly established Immense Group AB holding company.
Casinos.com caught up with CEO of Immense Group AB Jesper Kärrbrink to ask him about his new role with the company. Founded in 2011, Videoslots Limited started with its flagship site, Videoslots.com, before expanding to include brands like MrVegas.com and MegaRiches.com.
It reflects the company’s ambition for growth and commitment to delivering exceptional entertainment experiences. This move aims to unlock the potential of each brand while maintaining the core values and culture that have driven its success.
“Videoslots Limited has an impressive track record in a fast-growing and rapidly changing industry,” Stevendahl said.
“Adopting the Immense name shows our ambition to keep evolving and paving the way for future growth for each individual brand.”
To pilot the fresh Immense Group AB enterprise, Videoslots Limited has selected experienced iGaming professional Jesper Kärrbrink, who has worked as the chairman for online casino games developer Green Jade Games Limited.
The 60-year-old also served as the Chief Executive Officer for iGaming operator Mr Green Limited from 2016 to 2019 after having led Swedish rival Svenska Spel for almost four years.
Speaking exclusively to Casinos.com, Kärrbrink declared his latest role as the Chief Executive Officer for Immense Group AB will see him focus on developing the new enterprise into ‘a strong holding and investment company’ focused on ‘growing and increasing the value of the businesses we own.’
The accomplished professional, Stevendahl, is to maintain his role as Chief Executive Officer for Videoslots Limited with ‘complete operational responsibility’ for Videoslots.com and its sister brands.
“Videoslots Limited has successfully grown from being a single-brand company to managing five strong brands,” Kärrbrink said.
“By uniting these under one umbrella, it will become easier to build a cohesive culture across the group, and this, in turn, will increase the overall value of the company.”
Kärrbrink has additionally advised iGaming firms including Vera & John AB, Pariplay Limited, Internet Vikings AB, and Captain Up Limited and described the global iGaming industry as ‘highly competitive, data-driven, and built around a product that is fantastic and, at the same time, challenging’.
The Swede asserted Immense Group AB could well become responsible for more online casino brands in the future, all while maintaining a long-standing commitment to the highest responsible gambling practices.
“I have followed Alexander Stevendahl and Videoslots Limited for some time and am immensely impressed by what they have built, especially the strategic 2022 decision to shift from high rollers to recreational players and 100% regulated revenue even though knowing this would impact the top line,” Kärrbrink said.
“I’m thrilled to help take the next steps from here.”
