I wasn’t that big of a fan of the original Bonanza slot. The unimpressive base game and theme weren’t to my liking. But, I must admit – it turned out to be one of my favorite slots, thanks to the great winning potential. Bonanza Falls takes that to the next level, offering wins over 93,500x the bet. You read that right – the sequel is a much sharped and more rewarding slot game.

This one is not very different if you played the first Bonanza slot. The layout is the same, and just like me, you might be confused when you take a look at it for the first time. It seems nothing has changed, although slight visual and audio improvements give it away. The hum from the waterfall in the background sounds great, and the graphics look much sharper.

In terms of symbols, you still get all kinds of gems and colorful card royals. Above the reels are the mining carts carrying extra symbols that can step in when required. Overall, it’s a simple slot in visual and gameplay terms, so you won’t find it hard to spin it on your PC or on the go.

The first thing I did before spinning the Bonanza Falls slot was set my bet. The options went from 20c to $10 per spin, which is common for Megaways releases. Four scatters that spell GOLD on the reels award 12 free spins. Every extra triggering scatter over the four gives you four more spins. There’s a progressive multiplier feature in the bonus round, which I personally love. However, it doesn’t increase by reaction wins like in the base game. But worry not – the multiplier can be upgraded via the Coindozer mechanic. Bonus coins can drop from above on the grid, pushing them toward the edge above the grid.

Bonanza Falls is a much more rewarding slot than the original. I think it’s safe to say it’s a bit more exciting, too.
