Between this and my forty-ninth spin, nothing happens. Then… eleven 10 symbols land, returning a Mega Win of 70.20. Once all my 50 spins are played, I can cash out $26.30. 

I'm not going to complain about the outcome, but up till the big win, the game was so boring that hobbyists and dry paint enthusiasts might want to reconsider what they watch, and I strongly recommend this game.
