When a Sticky Wild helps form a winning cluster, it moves down to a freed spot on the grid, and if it touches the bottom spot of the grid, it drops into the honey pot whilst increasing the Win Multiplier value by 1+. When the meter is filled with 90 symbols, the Queen Colony is queued, and the meter goes into Overcharge mode. From then on, the middle symbol upgrades for every 15 symbols you collect until no longer possible, and then the Win Multiplier increases by 3+. 

Plus, after the Drone Colony ends, wilds that reach the edge of the grid add 2+ to the multiplier value, and after the two other Colonies, 3+ is added to the multiplier. The maximum value the multiplier can reach overall is 100x.
