On the surface, Brango Casino has a lot to offer: exciting casino games, big bonuses, and plenty of Brango Casino no-deposit bonus codes. What more could you want from a US online casino? Well, a valid US gambling license would be a good start, along with fair games and accessible promotions. Unfortunately, Brango Casino has none.

Therefore, I cannot recommend this offshore casino to you as it is currently unlicensed in the US. This means it doesn’t offer the same level of safety and security features as a regulated site and should, therefore, be avoided at all costs.

Does Brango Casino Have a License?

Brango Casino is an offshore gambling site licensed in Curacao. However, a license from a foreign jurisdiction doesn’t necessarily mean that the casino is safe for US players. It’s well known that the requirements for obtaining a Curacao license are far less rigid than those of US state regulators such as the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. The fact that Brango Casino has yet to gain any such approval from a reputable regulatory body in the US, means it is an unsafe choice for American players.

As always, I suggest you tread carefully with offshore casino sites. Without proper licensing or regulation, these casinos pose many dangers. Not only are they unlikely to have sufficient data protection measures in place, but they also might be engaged in unethical practices like rigged games or worse. Instead, you should choose a casino with a provable and reputable US license to ensure a safe and fair gaming experience.

Platform Usability

The Brango Casino website is nothing out of the ordinary. It’s pretty easy to use and navigate. Plus, everything, including games, promos, and support, is where you’d expect it to be. However, the overall look and feel of the site screams basic. The aesthetics are also pretty poor, with all the game icons being pixelated and blurry.

Unfortunately, the mobile app isn’t much better, with multiple complaints about the slow loading times, annoying ad pop-ups, and poor UI design. In short, I wouldn’t waste time and money playing on Brango Casino.

Operating offshore without a U.S. license, this casino lacks regulatory oversight, which can lead to unsafe gaming conditions and unfair practices. Your security and privacy are at risk when playing on this platform. For a secure and fair gaming experience, please consider using one of our recommended licensed casinos.

Deposit and Withdrawal Issues

The available banking options at Brango Casino are pretty limited. Currently, you can only deposit with a Visa or Mastercard credit card or use cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum. It would be nice to see some more alternatives, such as e-wallets, prepaid cards, and online banking, which are all popular payment methods for online gambling in the US. However, there is a reason for the limited options - payment providers that conform to US regulations can't partner with illegal offshore casinos. And although the site says it accepts Visa and Mastercard, US banks are not allowed to facilitate payments to illegal online casinos, so your deposits are likely to be blocked.

It’s also important to remember that US state regulators do not allow licensed casinos to offer crypto as a payment method. The fact that Brango’s main deposit option is crypto is a big red flag and is also a clear sign that the casino does not follow US gambling laws.

But things get even worse when it comes to withdrawals. Not only does Brango Casino currently only support two crypto payment options (Bitcoin and Litecoin), but it also has a poor track record of paying players’ winnings on time, if at all. I’ve lost count of the many reports online of Brango refusing to payout winnings, with the casino’s usual response being something about site maintenance, failure to adhere to the confusing bonus terms, or requiring further verification documents.

Customer Support Experience

Brango Casino claims to offer around-the-clock customer support via email and live chat. However, every time I tried to contact the casino using the live chat feature, I was left waiting ages for a response. Then, when I finally got through to someone, the site’s support staff were always very blunt and dismissive with their answers.

Another thing I don’t like is that the live chat can only be accessed if you register for an account. While some reputable casinos do this, I think it’s very fishy that you have to give the casino your personal information to access one of the only customer support options.

The FAQ page is also very basic, with vague answers to important queries on topics such as bonuses and withdrawals. While this isn’t always a sign of a rogue casino, unclear and confusing terms and conditions are easy to misinterpret, and you may accidentally violate the terms, which could result in a loss of winnings.

Gaming Fairness Concerns at Brango Casino

There isn’t much variety at Brango Casino; all the 100+ games are supplied by just one software provider, Spin Logic. Although Spin Logic is an extension of the respected game provider RealTime Gaming, there are concerns about the casino potentially manipulating the Random Number Generators (RNG) in its games to influence the outcomes. This is a common issue with dishonest casino sites.

The site also claims to have a certificate from GLI (Gaming Laboratories International), a reputable testing agency that guarantees fair gaming standards. However, upon closer inspection, I realized that the certificate is given to a company called Bolertech, which has nothing to do with Brango Casino or its parent company, Anden Online N.V.

Community Feedback and Reputation

Before joining any new online casino, you should take the time to read what past players have to say about their experience with the site. Not only do user reviews provide valuable insights into what you can expect from a casino, but also its reputation.

While Brango Casino has a respectable star rating of 4.2 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot, it’s not uncommon for dodgy casino sites to pay people to write fake positive reviews, and it seems likely that Brango has taken this approach. Plus, judging by the multiple negative text reviews online, it is clear that something is wrong here.

Here are some of the many negative reports from players about their time at Brango Casino.

  • Steven nap (Trustpilot) – “Complete scam. I am pretty sure the other good reviews on here are fake or they are people who haven’t used this site for longer than a week.”
  • Sandra Pseekos (Trustpilot) – “Worst online casino .Beware when they give you a free bonus, any winnings from that will disappear. It is a fraudulent site for bonuses. Bunch of thieves!!!!”
  • Neshat Haziri (Trustpilot) – “This company uses unethical business practices. My money disappeared and I was told it’s due to a bonus term which is not stated anywhere and you allow me to initiate a withdrawal then reverse it and remove my funds from my account without any reason. How am I supposed to know the terms if you don’t state any where I could read and understand and agree.”
  • Carrie brickman (Trustpilot) – “The reviews for this casino are absolutes fake! You can tell in the tone they all sound similar and I don’t know of anybody who’s ever won here. I played for about a year finally won about $60 cashed out and I’ve never won again. That was about six months ago. Don’t play here you will lose!”

Conclusion: Is Brango Casino a Legit Casino?

To clear things up, Brango Casino is an offshore casino that is licensed in Curacao. While you can access the casino from the United States, it does not necessarily mean it is safe to do so. To operate in one of the legal gambling markets in the US, it must first gain approval from state regulators, which Brango Casino has yet to receive. Therefore, without proper licensing or regulatory oversight, I would not feel comfortable recommending this casino to you.

Until I get full confirmation that this is a legitimate casino that offers fair gameplay, excellent safety and security features, and non-crypto payment options, I suggest you steer clear of this unknown operator and stick to playing at one of our recommended licensed casino brands instead.

Safe Gambling Guidelines

You may now be wondering, “How can you tell if an online casino is legit or not?” Well, I’ve created a handy checklist of things to look out for to help remove the guesswork. Use the tips below to ensure your chosen casino is worth your while.

  • License: All reputable online casinos will hold a license from a legitimate US regulatory body and display this certificate clearly on the site for everyone to see.
  • Safety and security: Before you share any of your personal, private, or financial details with a casino, you need to check whether its safety and security features are up to scratch. Top casinos will offer data protection measures, such as SSL encryption technology.
  • Customer service: Around-the-clock customer support via various channels is a good sign of a legitimate casino. If a casino takes weeks to respond to any of your messages, then it should be avoided.
  • Payment Options: Most reputable online casinos will support a range of trusted payment options and follow a clear payment policy so there’s no confusion about payout speeds.
  • Read reviews: Before signing up to a casino, make sure you do your research first. Reading past player reviews will give you a good indication of whether a casino is legit or not. If a casino has multiple negative complaints, you should play elsewhere.
