Lucky Legends Casino claims to accept players from the US but upon further investigation, I couldn't find a license allowing them to operate in the country. As a matter of fact, there’s no license on the casino’s platform at all. But that's not the only sketchy thing about Lucky Legends.

The online casino's promotion terms are questionable, as is the game fairness. Players also complain about missed payments and poor customer service. Hence, I recommend playing at the legitimate gaming sites listed on our “Best Real Money Casinos for US Players” page, You should be taking a chance on the games, not the casino!

Does Lucky Legends Casino Have a License?

I've scoured the internet and Lucky Legends Casino website, yet I couldn't find any information about any license. Reviews from players say there's no license information too.

This is a major red flag in my opinion, as online casinos usually operate with a license from recognized gaming authorities, such as the United Kingdom Gaming Authority, Malta Gaming Authority, and Curacao Gaming Control Board.

For a casino to be accessible in the United States, it needs to have a verifiable license from a state regulated gaming authority like the Michigan Gaming Control Board or New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. Sadly, Lucky Legends Casino is an offshore gaming platform without any regulation in the US. Therefore, it's surprising to find out that the casino is marketing to US players despite the absence of a gaming license.

It's best to avoid this platform and choose from my list of reputable and secure gaming sites with appropriate licenses if you’re in the US.

Platform Usability

Lucky Legends Casino has around 250 games, with some featured on the home page. Interestingly, most of the games are rated 2 Stars on the platform. However, I couldn't find the criteria for these low ratings. Still, it says a lot about a casino if its games have such low ratings.

The website appears uncluttered with eye-catchy themes. However, I wouldn't expect anything less from an unprotected and unregulated gaming site, as it would want to attract players with a pretty website design. Still, there are hundreds of secure, licensed, and reputable casinos with better looking websites than Lucky Legends Casino. So, I wouldn't advise signing up at the gaming site due to the slick-looking site alone.

Operating offshore without a U.S. license, this casino lacks regulatory oversight, which can lead to unsafe gaming conditions and unfair practices. Your security and privacy are at risk when playing on this platform. For a secure and fair gaming experience, please consider using one of our recommended licensed casinos.

Lucky Legends Casino Deposit and Withdrawal Issues

Lucky Legends mentions that it accepts cards like Visa and MasterCard alongside eWallets such as Neteller, Skrill, and ecoPayz for transactions on the site. However, it also supports cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Litecoin, which makes it suspicious that they claim to cater to US gamers. No casino site legitimately licensed in the US accepts cryptocurrency transactions. In addition, the payment methods like Visa and Mastercard that it lists might be accepted by the casino, but the transaction still needs to be processed through your bank. And no reputable bank or payment provider operating in the US will facilitate a transaction to an illegal casino site. Unregulated sites are banned from using the US banking system under the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 (UIGEA).

The primary thing that really put me off this site was the numerous negative reviews from users when it comes to withdrawals. I saw many 1 Star reviews from players who’ve used this gaming platform on Trustpilot. As you'd have guessed, most of these reviews were complaints about the casino not paying out wins.

Some players complained of not receiving their winnings for three months, while others mentioned how the online casino keeps requesting more documentation and verification. What more evidence do I need to take to my heels?

Most online casinos I've played at take 1-3 days to review withdrawal requests. In Lucky Legends Casino case, it stated that payout requests will take 7-10 days to review and additional 7-10 days to send out winnings. Yet, after taking that much time, plenty of players have complained that they still have not received their winnings. Nothing can be more frustrating, so withdrawal delays are a major red flag.

Customer Support Experience

Although Lucky Legends Casino promises 24/7 customer support, players have reportedly mentioned that it's hard to reach the customer service, especially when it comes to paying out wins.

When I contacted the customer support via email to get reassurance about cash-outs, the response I got was evasive as the agent kept mentioning verification. However, most players complained that even after sending all required documents and finishing the verification process, their wins were still not paid out.

Therefore, it's not difficult to deduce that Lucky Legends customer support is below standard at best. Another thing I find unimpressive is the fact that I had to sign up to access the customer support unlike most reputable online casinos where you can at least reach the site through live chat even before registration.

Gaming Fairness Concerns at Lucky Legends

While winning at online casinos depends on luck, I usually ensure my chosen gaming site offers fair winning chances. The first thing I check is whether the site employs a Random Number Generator (RNG) and if games on the platform are tested for fair play by internationally recognized testing agencies like eCOGRA or iTestLab.

Unsurprisingly, Lucky Legends doesn't feature a verifiable RNG. I also didn't find an eCOGRA seal on the site, showing the gaming platform doesn't prioritize fair play.

However, there’s a Spin Logic logo on the website footer. Spin Logic is from RealTime Gaming which provides most of the games on Lucky Legends Casino. Speaking of games, I tried playing a couple of titles like Mega Master, Pyramid Pets, and Cosmic Crusade, and I was utterly disappointed.

The games were slow to load and the visual and audio quality were poor. But, even if you manage to play the games and win, you won't be able to withdraw your winnings as Lucky Legends players are constantly complaining about the casino's refusal to pay out wins.

Community Feedback and Reputation

One thing I always do before signing up at an online casino is to check for user reviews. Reading players reviews offers insights into what it's like playing on the site. However, the reviews I've read online about Lucky Legends Casino are mostly negative.

Players report poor customer service, misleading terms and conditions, slow game loading speed, and unpaid winnings. I spent hours on Trustpilot and the reviews were unpleasant. To my surprise, there wasn't a single response to these accusations from Lucky Legends Casino. This is not the behavior of a reputable site.

Conclusion: Lucky Legends Is Not A Reliable Casino

Lucky Legends Casino isn't a reliable gaming site. The online casino appears like a legitimate platform, with 250 games, generous promotions, and reputable payment methods. It also features a CDS Corporation Ltd seal, an independent player disputes & mediation services.

However, despite these seemingly ‘outstanding’ features, playing at Lucky Legends Casino spells trouble if the user reviews are any indication. If you’re not ready to chase the casino for your wins or go through the harrowing process of sending multiple documents for an unending verification process, then avoid Lucky Legends Casino. Safe Gambling Guidelines

Now that we've discovered Lucky Legends is an unreliable gaming platform, here's how to find reputable and licensed online casinos. These are top factors to consider when choosing a secure casino in the US:

  • License: The first thing to do before signing up at an online casino in the US is to check for the licensing information. This detail is always featured on the website footer, so it's easy to locate. If a casino is secretive about its license, it's a big red flag.
  • Fair play: Online gaming is all about luck. However, you'll need to be sure that the gaming site isn't tampering with the game outcomes. Hence, it's best to go for an online casino with verifiable RNGs. Also, check that the games are tested by internationally recognized game testing companies like iTestLab or eCOGRA.
  • Security and safety: Nothing beats playing at a safe and secure gaming site. At these casinos, you won't have to worry about your personal and financial data falling into the hands of cybercriminals. A reputable gaming site specifies its security features, whether its SSL or TLS 1.2 encryption technology.
