The Delaware Lottery announced its December iGaming, with a 23.5% increase in total net gaming revenue compared to November.
Last month, the state generated more than $7.6 million in gaming revenue, an 18.4% increase from the $6.2 generated in November and a 432% and over $5 million increase compared to the revenue reported in December 2023.
Out of this total, iGaming table games grossed $117.9 million and generated $103 million in wins. The total net gaming revenue for iGaming table games was reported at $2.5 million, a 17.4% month-on-month increase compared to November and an increase of $17 million compared to December 2023.
iGaming video bets reached over $117.9 million in December and generated $111.7 million in wins. Total net gaming revenue for iGaming videos was just over $5 million, a 26.8% month-on-month increase and an increase of $4.9 million compared to December 2023.
The Delaware Lottery reports figures from three online casinos: Delaware Park, Bally’s Dover, and Harrington Casino.
Each casino's revenue increased considerably compared to November 2024, with Delaware Park producing the highest net gaming revenue of the month at over $3.7 million. This was a 14.1% month-on-month increase compared to the previous month’s $3.2 million total net gaming revenue.
The Harrington Casino generated the second-highest amount for the month, with more than $2.2 million in net gaming revenue, an increase of 34.6% compared to November’s total.
Lastly, Bally’s Dover generated the least out of the three casinos but also reported growth compared to revenue from November 2024. The online casino generated over $1.6 million in December, a 32.5% month-on-month increase from November and the highest revenue growth out of the three casinos.

With Delaware seeing strong, repeated growth in its iGaming revenue, this news comes as no surprise after the market’s continuous expansion.
Delaware North announced in November that it had partnered with iGaming provider Playtech to provide Delaware users access to its Betly online sportsbooks and casinos.
“We are very pleased to partner with Playtech to provide Betly customers with an enhanced mobile sports betting and online casino experience powered by an industry leader,” said Lee Terfloth, chief interactive gaming officer for Delaware North.
“Not only that, but our team can now offer players robust promotional features through the Playtech platform, which will allow Betly to offer customers an array of enticing and personalized offerings, including bonus bets, boosts, drawings, and tournaments. As a result, customers will experience tailored content to engage them based on their historical betting activity,” Terfloth said.
In addition, Delaware North also partnered with Birches Health, an addiction program that provides help for gamblers. The partnership will allow Betly users easier access to help via gambling assessments offered on the platform.
