Harrah’s Northern California has become the first casino in the United States to begin offering punters the chance to win large cash prizes via innovative HotSeat Jackpot slot draw games.

The California facility operated by Caesars Entertainment Incorporated opened in May of 2019 and is complete with four restaurants and a 25,000 sq ft casino hosting a selection of 950 real-money slots and 20 gaming tables.

The Caesars Rewards-affiliated venue owned by the federally-recognized Buena Vista Rancheria of Me-Wuk Indians also offers a wide range of special promotions, including its Break the Bank prize pool competitions, weekly blackjack tournaments and monthly Progressive Tier Credit Multiplier events.

Promising Premier

To increase interest even further, the Amador County enterprise located approximately an hour’s drive from the city of Sacramento has now begun running HotSeat Jackpot contests on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

The property took to Instagram to herald this latest advance from innovator HotSeat Lotto as a series of player-funded draw competitions in which casino patrons wager against each other for the opportunity to bank hourly windfalls.

Harrah’s Northern California declared HotSeat Jackpot competitions 'modernize and elevate typical hot seat drawing games’ and are now available every weekend across all of its gaming tables. The operation additionally detailed each contest lasts just four minutes and involves punters being invited to wager from $1 to $100 through their table dealer.

Debut Delight

The General Manager for Harrah’s Northern California, Jeff Cutri, told Indian Gaming magazine that every wagered dollar represents one entry into a specific HotSeat Jackpot draw, with dealers utilizing a linked tablet computer to chronicle any lodged bets. The executive further asserted that players are able to see the amount of each jackpot in real time before the betting window closes and the game randomly selects a winner.

“We are excited to be the first to offer HotSeat Jackpot, which provides our guests with a convenient digital hot seat drawing experience every hour,” Cutri said.

“At Harrah’s Northern California, we are always focused on elevating our guests’ experience by providing unique and fun gaming opportunities they can’t find anywhere else.”

Auspicious Audition

Lance Lietzau serves as the Chief Executive Officer for HotSeat Lotto and he revealed his firm’s HotSeat Jackpot advance was initially rolled out across a dozen casino properties in Mexico. The entrepreneur proclaimed the experience gained from these first launches went a long way towards ensuring ‘a seamless launch’ for punters in Harrah’s Northern California.

“We couldn’t imagine a better partner than Harrah’s Northern California to debut our cutting-edge community-based hot seat gaming product here in the United States,” Lietzau said.
