To find out which casino in Las Vegas had the best staff, we put together a list of keywords like "helpful," "friendly," and "accommodating," and we headed over to Tripadvisor to see how often each of them was mentioned. 

We understand that the specific staff members might be different each day, and that Tripadvisor reviews aren’t always 100% unbiased, but we were interested to see the results anyway.

We can reveal that, according to our research, the casino in Vegas that has the best staff is none other than the The LINQ Hotel + Experience. With an impressive 20.31% on the scale, almost 4,000 people mentioned at least one of our keywords in their reviews. 

“Great stay at this hotel! No complaints! The hotel staff was friendly, close to the strip and had its own promenade,” said one reviewer. 

And while some people did have a few complaints about the rooms, the staff were consistently called out as being friendly. 

Second on the list, the Golden Nugget got 17.47% - not bad for a casino on Fremont Street, which is sometimes regarded as the Strip’s poor cousin. Over 1,000 people used the word “friendly” here, and 38 even mentioned that the staff were "accommodating.” 

“Needed to stay an extra night because we were too tired to drive back. The hotel staff got us a last minute reservation and was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the value was  perfect," as one review said. 

At number three was the Plaza Hotel & Casino - some good news for the Plaza, which unfortunately also ranked high on our lists of the noisiest Vegas casinos. 

“Super friendly and accommodating staff, always clean, reasonable prices... the one time I experienced an equipment malfunction in my room, they fixed it right away and exceeded my expectations!” said one shining endorsement.

Casinos.com utilized Tripadvisor reviews to do an in-depth analysis of phrases associated with friendliness to determine the casino in Las Vegas with the best staff. We calculated the percentage of mentions in the total number of Tripadvisor reviews.
