It seemed like only yesterday that the Bellagio Botanical Gardens & Conservatory was tearing down its holiday display to make room for Chinese New Year. But that’s part of keeping things florally fresh – and a go-to walk-through for Las Vegas visitors and locals alike.
Bellagio’s newest exhibition of floral surrealism went live last week and is showing through May 18. “Tea and Tulips” is an immersive display of sites, and scents, featuring thematic expressions of rose hip, chamomile, ginger peach and lavender amid sounds of hot water falling. The only thing it seems to be missing is a hookah-smoking caterpillar.
Still, the transformation from one season to the next is an operational site to behold. The Botanical Gardens continue to be worth a stroll while providing a reminder of what makes Las Vegas casinos trippy and special.
